I've known you pretty much since I joined .org and I've always looked up to you as a Moderator and as a friend, the whole reason I applied for .org in the first place was because of you and Jelly, you two inspired me to be more active on there and to be more social, eventually I applied and got good feedback from both of you, I was really happy to see that you supported my journey to becoming a Moderator(Even though it never happened) and I hope that I can see you back on the staff team some day.

You were an exceptional staff member from the moment I met you and I'd really like to appreciate you doing the work you did for the server, the fact that you got demoted for a stupid little incident is just a joke and I feel like you should've been shown more respect than that. This server's staff team has become pretty bad but if it's still the journey you choose then I support you in it, you were a great Mod back then and I honestly feel like you never should have been demoted.

Heylo Basically, everything I wanted to say someone else has already said XD But I wanted to comment anyway. This wealth of support surely shows you were doing a good job before haha!

I was disappointed (although I understood) when Laura was demoted as she was one of my favourite mods that I saw most often; although I live in Europe I play at weird times so I more or less fit into the Aus timezone for when most people play Minecraft. Laura herself admitted to me that the demotion was a correct one, and that she made a mistake. I personally think this is much better than when people insist that they've done nothing wrong; at least when you can admit your mistakes, you can learn from them. I think Laura was a fantastic mod who I looked up to and who I learned a lot from. If it wasn't for people like Laura, Gracie, Bdark, Keeper, I would perhaps not have become so involved with .Org to begin with.

Other people have said it, but I also feel that people have been demoted and re-promoted for less; I don't think her mistake was a really serious one compared to other things that go on around here. I agree entirely with her sentiment that although there are typically fewer people online in "our" timezone, the complete lack of any moderating presence does tend to lead to silly rulebreaking that would probably be deterred if there were any mods online (usually just minimal stuff like caps abuse, minor spam, swearing) and at times when there really is a problem with a spambot or a serious rulebreaker, or when someone just needs some mod help, I hate having to create reports on the forum and wait a while for the issue to be resolved, or tell people "I'm really sorry, there are no mods on at the moment, you are going to have to wait for someone to come online to be able to help you".

Laura's a fun, fair, mature, friendly and genuine person and I'd love to see her moderate .Org again Best of luck! xxx

I do try my best to help out and do it equally between everyone with equal treatment. I do admit my maturity needs some more working on but that should be easy to fix xP thankyou for taking some of your time out of of your day to write that because it did make mine much more enjoyable
