I never applied for .net, I actually applied for .org solely, because SMods get Mod everywhere else I got Mod on .net, I still got on .net a little despite .org always being my sole place I went. I got SMod on .org and then SMod on .net because at the time .net lacked SMods with experience, in fact the only other active SMod was Taylor & Kera.

 

I think I'm pretty hot.

The people that I decided to quote are all active. Just because you're 10 doesn't mean you get an excuse to act like a dip online. These mods are all very active and just because you don't see them online doesn't mean that they don't go on. Especially the fact that you quoted Taylor pisses me off. Do you realize she mods mv, .net, .org, and Skywars? Jesus she spends all day helping people. Honestly consider timezones next time you decide to judge moderators like that. Finally I have some reviews I think I should put.

If you're not active or don't enjoy the server anymore can you please just resign? I know that you probably don't want to because it took many hours getting to that point, but you're just being a waste of space for people who actually deserve mod.
EnderDragon47, the excuse you made, "my friends don't play as much so I don't" is just terrible. Honestly either get active or resign please. At this point you're really just being a waste of space.
CypriotMerks, you're a great admin and I think you need to be more dominant to all of those who disrespect you. Also Furyion quit so can you please demote him already?
Dewmellon, you post so much of the same stuff as your status. People like me who want to actually have their status noticed just get it ruined by your constant posting. Me and others know how much joy "he" brings you so can you please stop posting about it?
blaq, Kerahna, ipodcourt12, Taylor1211, & krissy_punk; You're all absolutely my favorite mods on the server! I know a lot of people are going to say that you're all smods and I'm trying to suck up, but that's just a coincidence. I can't stress enough how much I thank you all
NIH301, You were a great mod but I just don't see you on that much anymore, and nor does my /seen. I think that you should get a bit more active, maybe just 30 minutes or an hour more a day would be nice.

To the Mods/Staff: take the good with the bad, the negative criticism (within reason of course) as ways to improve on rather than defend it. All you're doing is discouraging proper feedback threads and healthy discussion. If players have nothing to comment about you other than "I've never seen you on" then perhaps that's telling in itself.

 

I figure that I will throw in my two cents. As I am mainly an ORG player, I have only seen the newly promoted TMods lately.

Noobcrew - I feel that you are a truly nice guy inside. You aren't the least bit active on ORG. There have been times where you were off for two months! You were super nice when we met for the first and last time. I wish you reached out to the amazing community that you have created. I feel the community would be a lot stronger if you were a "People's Person".

Now that I have vented, I shall mention a few moderators that make the most of their position.

krissy_punk - Let's face it, nothing gets by you. Any issues on the servers, I can trust that you will handle. You take your job seriously. You are active on the forums and the servers. Good job Krissy!

AmazingGraceGirl - While you are professional, kind and courteous there are a few things that need some work. You are active! Whenever I come on org, you are usually there. You kick people fast and ban people faster if needed. Your grammar could use a bit of work. It would make you seem a lot more professional.

larrythebird101 - You are probably one of the best moderators on Skyblock. I am glad you were promoted!

jellybelly124 - You have changed. I am not too sure if it is for the better or worse. You are a good moderator in all. You just changed once promoted to full mod.


Well, now you can all go gossip about how rude I am in the staff chat. However, please do take these thoughts into consideration.

Everyone says that now... I can never tell what I've done "bad" since I changed in a "bad" way. But just yeah, I'd like to know what I can do better to be a better person, because clearly I need work.

 

Not sure if you're roasting me, or the staff members I barely see.

Either way, I've seen and heard too many excuses.
Then I see people being on TS or doing other s*** instead of helping out where it's needed.
Can't find time for Net? Resign. Don't find it as fun as you used to/thought it would be? Resign.

I do admit, it's become slightly better over the past few days. Although a few days do not make up for months of absence.
I don't believe that the sudden insurge of people are because of a *sudden insight* or something similar.
I believe it's a direct cause of the risen awareness of inactivity, followed by fear of demotion.
Atleast, in some cases.

 

Just dropping a comment:

I've always been against this type of promotions.
Too many mods, too little time.
If I'd be allowed to choose, people would be promoted on 2 servers at a time. Any more and it will affect the presence in the other servers. Especially considering that mods have been very scarce lately.
Although I didn't see the original post, I assume she listed Taylor as inactive.
She's not wrong.
The fact that Taylor may be moderating multiple servers at the best of her ability doesn't mean she's not inactive, per automatic.

I wasn't roasting anyone in particular, but what gets my goat is people go "Oh I've got school" but then proceed to spend 2 minutes on NET and 2hrs on League. If you need a break from NET thats fine, but call it as it is rather than try to justify it as busynesss from other commitments.
