Hola mis amigos. This is a thread to go ahead and write serious reviews of mods. Positive or negative. No swearing, no fat jokes, and according to blaq, no calling any mods monkeys. Keep the disrespect to a minimum. Also, no suck-up praising/stupid compliments. This is a thread to tell a mod's faults and strengths. It is here to either let them know they are doing well, or what they need to work on.

Im gonna make my post long, but imma edit in later, I'm busy doing more important things such as watching movies and playing games.

I wanted to make it mandatory that anyone commenting here about any staff member MUST list1 good thing and 1 bad thing (at least), otherwise we go back to the situation where Mods are getting praise and have no idea how to improve. Also, make sure to give a reason behind your comments, whether they be positive or negative. This is critical since it:
1) Gives staff a concrete basis from which to improve
2) Allows everyone to judge the basis for your comments
Eg. "You're inactive" can be very subjective, but "You're inactive because you only log in for 2 minutes per month" is alot more informative and allows staff to improve in a specific area. "You're inactive because you log in only 22 out of 24hrs a day" allows others to judge for themselves whether or not your comment is valid.

Remember, 1 good thing and 1 bad thing at least each.
Back up your comments (good or bad) with reasons.

Some mods (not pointing fingers or naming names) can act quite biased towards people they get along with better, I feel. I have more to say, however I'll edit this after school.

 

krissy_punk You are a great moderator and you work very hard. Krissy you are not mean and act polite. When I need help usually you or Dewmellon helps me. You are a very nice moderator and so is Dew. You bolth are very helpful moderators. Keep it up and you bolth can get SMod. You bolth are very nice and work very hard.

Shiningnova06 You are a very nice and helpful T-nub. You helped me a couple times. You really deserved to be T-mod and you finally got it. I have seen moderating a lot and I rarely get to speak to you in-game but I bet your gonna be a full mod in no time. You are very inspiring and I love that you are.

Lycel-Chan You are a very nice moderator. Always helpful and friendly. You are never mean to anyone. You are my favorite moderator and I hope you always will be my favorite moderator. You have always been nice to everyone. You deserve full moderator. I really think that you are a great mod and will become even better.

larrythebird101 you are a great moderator that has tried to help me before. You are a very kind moderator. I have almost never spoken to you before but I bet you are helpful and a great mod. The few times I have spoken to you in-game were you being mature and helpful.

Supermonkey000 you are a very nice mod that is almost always online when I am. You have tried to help me once a couple of days ago. It was really nice of you to even bother to help me. I know it is required to help people but people don't realize that you take time out of your day to help them. You are a great mod.

Please don't dislike this. This is my opinion I can think whatever I want. Please. I don't care if you disagree with me. This is my opinion and you can't change it.

Alright, here I go with the long version

These are my reviews on these moderators. However, there are a few inactive moderators in the staff team...some have been offline for over 3 months. I think Cyp/Crew should go through the current team to take an action on these moderators. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the current moderating team - they're doing a great job in my opinion. ^^

krissy_punk
You're the roll-model I looked up to ever since I joined the forums. You're by far my favourite player as a moderator. Friendly, active, serious when needed...being completely honest here, you're my ultimate goal on SkyBlock. :3

I first joined the forums to get a refund for the loss from an enderchest wipe. At that time, you were demoted...to keep the long story short, you instantly refunded all my items (worth 20 diamonds+) without any hesitation right away. I was truly touched by this thing you've done for an ordinary, new, random player like me...without this, I may have quit SkyBlock without getting to know all these people...

Anyways, I consider you as a role model for all moderators & players. And...yeah...as for some criticism...nothing much...but be more confident! You should believe in yourself more & be proud for who you are. ^^

A very friendly player. You're a considerably new moderator...but from what I can tell, you're doing an amazing job, possibly/probably even better than some of the existing old moderators. If you keep this activity up, I'm sure you'll become a full moderator in no time. ^^

When I log on, I can always count on you to be online, helping & socialising with other players. You're very talented in many areas & use them to help players all around you. Keep up the good work~

A completely new moderator, just recently promoted, but I can tell that you certainly did a great job getting adjusted to your new position & is doing great at the moment~ While moderating the server & helping out players in need continuously, you still try to make time to hang out with your SkyBlock friends & socialise, which is good to see.

However, I realised that you're on MineChat quite often. I understand that there are reasons for this & that you improved on this point a lot after becoming a moderator, but it'd be great if you can come online via Minecraft more~ ^^ There are always players in need of physical help & it'd be great to have someone I can direct them to for help.

However, I'd like to comment on your forums activity. I'm aware that you work hard everyday on the forums on ban appeals, help sections, etc. which is great! But I'd like to see you getting involved in more discussions, eh? Still, if any of the trial moderators were to be promoted right now, I believe it should be you, the most experienced out of the current 3. Other than that, a great moderator - keep it up~

Those 4 words just about sum it up...hmm...I suppose just keep up the good work? You're a moderator I'm proud to call great. The main factor that I like about you is that you're serious when it's needed - a skill necessary for all moderators.

You're a very old moderator (as in, was a moderator for long) & is respected by all players. Even the players not satisfied with the moderator team fully respects you. You truly deserve to be promoted to a super moderator.

You tie up issues swiftly & cleanly, without leaving anyone complaining. Maybe you can be a little more active & involved in discussions on the forums? Other than that, keep it up Roblox ^^

By far the most active player on the forums after Krissy You do a great job on the forums, trying to get everyone happy & satisfied. I haven't really talked with you privately...so I haven't seen your 'soft' side yet...XD But to me, you seem like a very serious figure, trying your hardest to get your job done.

Overall, I have seen players hating you for whatever reason, but in my opinion, you're a great moderator, with nothing much for me to point out on.

I'd love too see more moderators while I visit .net. I usually see the same 2-6 moderators online.

I guess an all-nighter would fit to see how many mods comes online a day.
