As far as logs are concerned you were active both in game and on the forums here through the holidays, with no indication that you were going to be inactive for any period of time.

And oh look an enderchest...

 

You just said you were only "with your family" until Jan 1.
Like I said, we have no reason to believe that someone else was using your account because then the items would have been transferred to them, rather than stored in your echest and on your own island.

 

And the screenshot is from Jan 3 when you were in game.

 

First you said you haven't been able to use echests the past few weeks because your island was worldguarded, with absolutely no mention of you being inactive in game.

Then when I showed the screenshot from 12-23 you said you were not even in game from 12-23 to 1-1
Then when I showed you the screenshot from 1-3, suddenly you're inactive and don't even play anymore aside from the day you got banned.

It would be believable if you stuck to 1 story, or if the items were transferred to someone else rather than stayed in your possession on your island, but as far as logs and forum records go there is absolutely no indication that you were inactive at any point and that anyone other than you benefitted from these items. I am not going to reply to this appeal any further; cyp can review and unban as he sees fit.
