my username is rak237 About one day ago, I purchased skygod. I waited for a very long time, yet nothing happened. I checked my paypal activity and it showed that skyblock had taken the money, therefore the purchase went through. This is unacceptable that skyblock took my money, but did not give me skygod. I want skygod to be given to me today.
a mod will see this and tag cyp, also, they will need proof of purchase, mods will tell you how to hide content. or another user will

Check your emails spam box. If it's not there, I doubt anything can be done officially. :/ They need the receipt/the transaction ID to take any action... I don't see your IGN in the Recent Donation section either...D:
^ yeh but i think most of us would be annoyed not getting the offered rank/perks after donating. 250$ is alot to donate. and lets face it, most of us donated for the incentives they offered us (like /god /fly etc) and cause we like the server. i mean, id be mad that i read all of these nice perks, these incentives to donate and keep the server going, go donate 250$, but not get any of the incentives offered. then get told, its a donation, not a purchase, we dont have to give this to you. i think i speak for alot of players when i say, i dont have 250$ just laying around. (if we did wed probably all be skygods lelelele) anyways, rak chargeback the purchase if you can cyp will ban you for it, but he will unban you once you donate again (if you decide to try to donate a 2nd time that is. also, keep the reciepts if you do)
But that is so unacceptable... YOU guys have a problem on your end and then not only do I not get skygod, I also lose 250 dollars and get into arguments spanning days over whether you guys need to give it to me or not. I believe that you owe me skygod and I will be very upset if it hasn't come.
if you cannot provide proof of donation, chargeback the donation, and re-donate the same amount rak.. only other thing to do is wait for cyp, he will ask for any info you have and check to see if it matches the records. only admins can do it, theres 2 cyp, and crew the owner, both busy with 7 servers. also, they have to check it, no exceptions. people do try to get ranks without actually paying :/
But it is ridiculous because I might not be able to be refunded, the only way to solve this is for them to give me the skygod that I purchased.

No I set my paypal to delete recent purchases after 1 day because I use it for certain things that I do not want on my history
