Everything you said, Robbiedem, is true. I remember back 2011-2013 I was dying to go outside everyday, I still do today but not as much. Really I think I stopped going much out early 2014 after I got, this game called MineCrap, I think, yeah MineCrap. But it's also because my neighbors stopped going outside. After they too got MineCreeper.
I also feel like schools also have an affect on this. For example I'm in Middle School. 2008-2013 I was in Elementary school. Back in elementary we had recess. Middle school dosent give us recess. Instead of getting these us active, they take it away. And now we have computer science. In the gym, even though we get active, we do games some of us don't want to do. Half of the class sits out to just watch including me. Do you agree with me Robbiedem?
My record for not sleeping's 54 hours :/ The side-effects were terrible...I had to stay up 'cause of assignments, but if there's no real reason, you should sleep early & wake up early like a good girl~
Good girls are bad girls that haven't been caught --- I used to not sleep for days on end. Not tired. So. I started working out more, on the evenings, the extra exercise makes you more tired, take a warm shower, sleep. It worked for me.
Ill try .-. i agree at night im on my Phone but in the day i go for a walk maybe 2-3 hours or more for me
