Listen to some music. Turn off your computer. Turn off your phone. Take a warm bath. Even if you don't achieve asleep, just try to find something to do that will help you rest. Don't torture yourself.
No offence but being addicted to the forums is sad if you cant go to sleep cos ur on the forums. Again I mean no offence. you will eventually pass out from not sleeping and may not wake back up.

I have a good tip, put your head on your pillow for more than 5 secs and just keep ur head down for like 10 mins and you will drift off to sleep
