Ok, so i have the materials to make a farm out of one of each of the plants, but what i wanted to know is what is the value of the plants? Like if i harvest enough to get a DC (Double Chest) of that plant, which one would sell for the most?

I'm guessing a diamond or 2 per double chest. I'm not to familiar with plant prices.

It depends on which type of plant, and which server?

    Speaking for NET:
Plants that are farmable by themselves are generally 1 grass per 1-2 stacks, and 1-2 dias per DC
Eg. Wheat, Cactus, Potato, Carrot, Nether Wart, Poppies

Plants that are farmable that require bonemeal are 1 grass per stack, and 2-4 dias per DC

Plants that are farmable only in specific biomes Eg. Blue Orchids, are 1-3 grass per stack, and 5+ dias per DC

If you have any specific items in mind feel free to ask, and remember these prices are only a rough guide

If you have access to a lot of sand, cactus farms are simple and can be automatic. sugercane is quite easy to farm too. Food sources are generally better and good to farm for grass imo.

Tree farming is more profitable. Logs are always in demand. I would suggest focusing on wood chopping.
