    Yes that is rating abuse. Remove the ratings now, if you fail to do so, you will receive punishment.

    Problem 1 is 6905.91 I think.

    Problem 2 is 284.28y + 321.36 = 30a + 3y I believe. If you only simplifying by distributing.

    Problem 3 is 7.

    Problem 4 I didn't learn that I believe.

    Problem 5 is 207.69% if the percent is over a hundred.

    May as well try ;-;

    Problem 1:
    Solve.
    2.75÷26.3(257²-10÷3)

    I tried but failed ;-;

    Problem 2:
    Simplify.
    12.36(23y+26a)=30a+3y
    ^x
    284.28y + 321.36 = 30a + 3y

    Problem 3:
    Solve for the variable.
    23y+13=174

    174-13 = 161
    161 divided by 23 = 7
    y=7

    Problem 4:
    Lacey has a basketball with a radius of 4.25 inches. She wants to find the exact area of the basketball so she can wrap it up as a Christmas gift for her friend Amanda. (pretend that she can magically make the paper go in a sphere) Exactly how much wrapping paper will she need?

    A=Pi x R(adius)2
    4.25(squared) x pi
    =56.7450173055 inches squared (for circle) (idk what u want for a sphere)

    Problem 5:
    What is twenty-seven over thirteen as a percent?

    27/13 x 100/1
    =
    207.692307692%
    ?

    I recommend you open the pictures in a new window so you can easily zoom in and out on the pictures. For number 2, you don't really simplify equations, but solve for them. Nethertheless, I made the equation as nice looking as possible (no fractions or decimals with the numbers being as small as possible). For number 4, I am assuming you wish for us to find the area of the basketball, not the volume of the basketball. If you wish to find the volume of the basketball please let me know and I will do so. Also my answer is in square inches (or inches squared depending on what you were taught)

    Crap... I'll grade these tonight xD I have to go to school. But good job on trying, guys! And may the best mathematician win xP Also, no, I don't do these types of problems in school. I did these last year and like, the year before and stuff. But anyway, good luck guys! :D

    Problem 1:
    Solve.
    2.75÷26.3(257²-10÷3)

    257x257=66049
    10/3 (BIDMAS) = 3.33
    66049-3.33=66045.67
    26.3x66045.67=1737001.121
    2.75/1737001.121=0.00000158318

    2. well, factorized form is most simple, therefore 12.36(23y+26a) = 3(10a + y)
    3. y=7
    4. 321.56 inches cubed. (rounded to second decimal place)
    5. 208% (rounded to the nearest percent)

    This color is work
    This color is solution

    Problem 1:
    Solve.
    2.75÷26.3(257²-10÷3)

    =2.75÷26.3(66049-(10/3))
    =2.75÷26.3(198137/3)
    =(2.75/26.3)(198137/3)

    ≈6905.91572

    Problem 2:
    Simplify.
    12.36(23y+26a)=30a+3y

    284.28y+321.36a=30a+3y
    291.36a=-281.28y or 607a=-586y
    I'm not sure what you mean, but just in case:
    a≈-0.965403624y
    y≈-1.03583618a

    Problem 3:
    Solve for the variable.
    23y+13=174

    23y=161
    y=7

    Problem 4:
    Lacey has a basketball with a radius of 4.25 inches. She wants to find the exact area of the basketball so she can wrap it up as a Christmas gift for her friend Amanda. (pretend that she can magically make the paper go in a sphere) Exactly how much wrapping paper will she need?

    A=4πr²
    A=4π(4.25in)²

    A≈226.980069 inches² (you said exact, so technically it's 72.25π inches²)

    Problem 5:
    What is twenty-seven over thirteen as a percent?

    27/13 ≈ 207.692308%

    Would have won if you showed your work...
    (also, sorry about the sphere one. I meant to do a circle, but ya know. I suck at spheres anyway, so I'm really too lazy to do that... Sorry to the people who completed it!)

    Umm... Can you... Umm... make it a bit neater? 'Cause... I can't really understand which work is for which problem...
