No. The maximum one can vote in a day is 4. Think about it. At one moment in time:
    The system time: 11:59PM
    Local time: 3:00PM

The guy/girl votes at that exact time above. After a few minutes, the times change to:
The system time: 12:03AM (The next day)
    Local time: 3:04PM

Then, the guy/girl votes again. This way, to us, it looks like they voted 4 times in one day. However, one naturally cannot use this method to continuously vote 4 times per day, if you think about it. Still, they can exceed the maximum by 4 per month, as they can use this method on the first & the last day of the month

Sorry, I'm not too good at explaining. Tell me if you wish me to expand on this theory.

Edit: http://votesb.com! What?! How is that even possible NERD_SPONGEBOB?! 23 times in 8 days? o_O I'm so confused now...o_O #Hax

This is a bit confusing to me as-well. I woke up and voted at around 10 AM on both of the voting sites, and then it let me vote again at like 3 PM. So I got 4 votes in on one day.

I think there should be a clock on it and it calculates x days in the month so as soon as the month starts and ends in THAT time zone your time to vote starts. Kinda confusing but ya'know.

Agreed, but unfortunately, Cyp & Crew can't do anything about this...since they don't own the voting websites...:(

I'm being 100% honest, I only vote once for the first vote and the second vote. I vote everyday at 4pm est. Stop accusing me of "hacking".

Well, I won't accuse, but let me explain you something. Your daily vote totaled upto 9. This was on December 8th.
There is no day of another month that lies around December 8th in a 24 hour period...so what Source said does not apply here.

9 votes. In 24 hour period. On December 8th.

Lets say the the server time is 11:59 pm, and you vote for December 7th. Then server time is 12:02 AM..and you vote for December 8th. Total votes - 4 only. You won't be allowed to vote for December 8th, even if its 11:59 PM on December 8th. So the next time you can vote is on 12:00 AM on December 9th - by which your total votes get reset.

Daily Voting system only works for a 24 hour time frame. Within 24 hours, users can only obtain max 4 votes. It is impossible to get 9 votes...and that too, an odd number when you have 2 voting sites, unless you found a glitch or you are hacking. Its that simple...9 votes a day is nearly impossible unless you're hacking. :p

    lmao whoops,
Let me clearly explain.. You can vote twice. There are two voting systems I vote on one of each. If you click the first voting link it is very accurate and right now I have voted 8 times. But, if you click the top voters link idk where that comes from. Keep track of votes on the first voting link that is the most accurate. Also take a look on the top voters of the last month did they hack? No. Stop accusing of people on hacking and maybe its just those who are just mad because they're not on the list. I know for a fact that none of us voters are hacking. Its just the voting system.

Even if you voted on both its a max of 4 times a day... there is no way around that. So stop saying that it is the voting website

Top voters of last month was 62..which is possible, as source explain, that last day of October and first day of December could be counted into the month of November. 30 x 2 = 60...plus counting this theory = 64.

But there is no November or January around the date December 8th, specifically. 8 days x 2 = 16 plus the theory = 18. The max someone can obtain the votes yesterday is 18 votes, not more.

Are you not following me or are you being ignorant at one of my comments?
You may have voted 8 times during this month as per the that particular site, but that 8 times in a month, does not equal to 9 votes in a 24 hour time frame.

And if there are 2 sites...even number...how do you have odd number of votes?

P.S. The max possible number of votes a user can obtain yesterday was 18, not 23.
