Ive been banned since October 25th now and I really am having a hard time

I've been told I have charged backed but I haven't charge backed. I have proof I haven't and I am still not unbanned nor had any chances to talk out how I could fix this with someone

Yes I ordered a rank twice
Once it didnt work at sayed I had to confirm it
then I ordered it as american express let me
I used paymentwall not paypal
If any one can just help me I would feel better ty

You only have one choice and that choice is paying the chargeback. Once you have paid of the chargeback you will be unbanned and be able to play again. You will also keep your rank & items.

 

Can a moderator move this to donator issues and put cyp in the tittle?

Once you have payed the chargeback, cyp will unban you.

It 100% depends on if you are talking to Cyp at the time of repayment or not. When I repayed my chargeback ban, I was messaging Cyp on skype so things went fast.
