I log on to the server and I try to mine some stone. The second I try to put the stone in the chest, I get temp banned. I don't know why but this happened to me just yesterday Gyazo - 826db860211ce1656bdd7277fad10c92.png
I think this is more along the lines of server lag spikes. Where you mine stone, detects some hacks, console bans you moments later. Basically you need to be careful when mining during lag. Especially if you are breaking blocks that are below your feet.
^ what krissy said. Basically try to to mine when there's lag. Are you mining off a stone generator with alot of redstone? That can cause lag too

I don't think it's as much an issue of using the generator as much as you need a better internet connection that can keep up with the blocks being created and broken.
