Hello. My name is Owen Hammer (If you really can't tell from the username...). I am 12 years of age and in 7th grade (Skipped third grade) and my favorite subject is math. My hobbies are: Baseball, Video Games, (Not only Minecraft) and I sometimes mess around with things/tiny games that I have.

4. Bans/Kicks​

I have not been banned before on this server, and do not intend to. I have read the rules. However, I have been kicked before for 2 hours for using caps in /msg. I was not really angry at the person, I was just joking around, but of course I can't expect the mod to see that. I have also been kicked about twice for promoting spam, but I did not mean to. I was telling the players to type "boring" in for pwnfilter to say "no one cares!" (lol) but I had to bypass it so I said b o r i n g in chat, and of course, half the people said b o r i n g instead of boring. Though I have never been perma-banned, I have been kicked and learned my lesson.

5. I think I should be mod because​

I have been on the server for a while, have experience, (In both minecraft, and as MC server staff) and can be trusted to help the many people on this server.
First of all, I have been on the server since late 2012 until now and have gained experience from the people on this server, the server rules, and from the many warps that have come and gone.
I can be trusted to help people every time I go on. I have read the rules and know almost all of them by heart and know how to treat players that have disobeyed them.
I also have experience in minecraft with all the blocks and items, bukkit, and many plugins. I may be new to the forums, but I know basically how to use the website. I have been staff in some small servers, and I have not yet been staff on a large server like this, but I believe I can do it.
If I can be trusted to be mod, I promise to not break the rules myself, and prevent all the griefs, spam, and bridges that I can.

Ok, so that was all the main reasons. Now I will be going into the details.​

This server is definitely one of my favorites. I have been on it for a while and the island that I have started with is now a large island, almost fully expanded, with many god items and other treasures. If I am chosen out of many applications to be mod, I will be honored to help this amazing server grow and thrive. I am usually on minecraft a lot and will be happy to help anyone that needs it. I am an experienced builder and know how to use worldedit, so if you need help building a warp, I'm happy to help. I have made many warps for many servers (some may be deleted) and I think that my building skills can be useful in this server.

I know what to say in a ban message and reasons to ban players. I know all the rules and will make sure that if I'm not afk, any random rule-breaker will be stopped. I have been on this server for a while and have a good coop island with several people. I will be happy to give someone that was scammed an item or an amount of items if I have it.

I know what the forums are and how to use them and I will post well and help out on the forums as much as I can. I may be new to the forums, but I have been on other forums before and have used them. I will use these forums when I should and will not offend anyone in what I say. I promise that if I am mod, I will give positive advice for many posts, and I'll do what I can on ban appeals. I actually read a lot of posts now, but I don't comment/reply to them because there is no reason to. If you can tell from this application, I make few mistakes in grammar, spelling, and punctuation and I can type fast. (Well maybe you don't know that I type fast)
I know what's allowed to trade and what is not. I will stop every illegal trade that I can find in chat and logs that I can. I will try to see also if there is any bridging, griefing, or looting going on and will try to stop others from abusing their powers.

I have seen many griefs in chat and wanted to stop them. If I was mod for those, I would teleport to the area, figure out what is going on, and ban the player at fault. I will refund what I can of the griefed/bridged/looted player.If I am mod and see a scam, I will warn the player in colored text to get their attention, if they do not know why, I will make sure they read the rules. If I find any illegal trades/scams in action, I will warn the players and if they do not listen, kick/mute/ban them.I know the commands for kicking, banning, and muting and will stop the spammers that I can with a warning, a kick, or a mute.I do not intend to call out any players at fault, but message them and/or the player they are griefing/looting/scamming. I will try to understand the players that I can and give warnings before kicks, bans, or mutes.
I am NOT only making this mod application for the perks. I truly think that I can be a help to this server.

If I am chosen as moderator, I will do my best to help everyone that I can.

Positive Qualities:​

Understanding: ​

I understand players when they are truly sorry for something and/or it was an accident. I do not get enraged at any players. I will be in a good mood even if someone is doing a mass grief. (of course I will still get proof, ban, and rollback)

Friendly:​

I do not keep grudges on certain players and I am nice to all players. I will also be friendly in chat, in everything that I say. I will not be unhappy in chat unless driven to.

Experienced: ​

I am experienced with minecraft, plugins, how to use them, and being staff. I can build many warps, help people in the most efficient way possible, and know what to do with rule-breakers.

Helpful:​

I can be trusted to help any player in any way every time I go online. I will not ignore any message for help (unless I'm afk). I will send out messages saying "Need Help? /msg me!".

Trustworthy:​

I can be trusted not do break any of the rules or abuse powers. I will not ban anyone for no reason and/or without proof. I can also be trusted to not grief, and not abuse my powers, and do many other tasks.

6.Activity​

I can be active on most days, but sometimes it depends on what is going on and for me, anything can turn up. These are the estimated amounts of time I can be on every day.
Sun: 2,3 Hours
Mon-Tues: 1,2 Hours
Wednesday: 30 min, 1 Hour
Thurs-Fri: 1,2 Hours
Sat: 2,3 Hours
Note: The Times will usually be from 3pm to 7pm.

7. Past experience as staff​

I have been staff on some servers, admin or headadmin on a few, and mod on a few also. They may be small servers, but I still do have experience with staffing players. On this server, I know the rules and how to follow them, and what to do with rule-breaking players.

Hi!
One thing that would definitely help improve this application is to add specific hours that you can be online every day.
Also, you might want to include the template questions as headers for each section. That way, you can organize things more neatly and people can read it clearly.

Here's the mod application template:

Your in-game name:
Which timezone are you in?
Which languages do you speak?
Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
Why do you think you should be a mod?
How long can you be active on the server every day?
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?

I suggest you bold or color or do anything to make these headers stand out from the responses.

I can tell you did spend quite a while on this application. The format looks alright, although you should really add some paragraphs & spacings. A little more details would be good too. I've never seen you active on the forums nor in-game, so I'll give you 60% support for now. I'll update this if these things are done. Good luck!

I have a kind of spacing... It's not exactly paragraphs but the paragraphs are the answers to the questions.
I'll try to improve on that

Also, I am sort of new to the forums, I got an account a long time ago but I did not post much but now I am because of the tragedies of my island... lol

I am active in-game on most days actually, but it may be hard to tell because I do not chat much. I usually message with members of my island.

I have been told before to add detail, and I tried to/have, what do you mean exactly by detail?
