Why was I not warned? Every player but me gets a warning? I don't understand. I wasn't even kicked saying "stop or you'll be banned. Remember your promises on your appeal?" As a moderator, you are expected to warn me to stop before banning me. You didn't even try to keep me under-control and you even made it a permanent ban.

Why wouldn't it be okay for me to say that while we have other moderators swearing all the time? You even hear Cypriot swearing on Teamspeak all the time. I look up to the moderators, and I'm expected not to follow what they do? It's not okay for the staff to swear, if I'm not allowed to. Why didn't you poke me that picture before-hand? That was on September 13th, which is over a month now. I didn't recall my post at this time. You already had the picture, and we talked on Teamspeak, but you couldn't warn me? As I said before. Your appeal should have been enough to warn you to be careful. You have had several warnings and please don't pull this "I look up to moderators." Crap. We all know you don't considering you posting "Sexy and Intelligent, every mod is irrelevant."
You don't get to choose who handles the appeals. Appeals are ALWAYS handled by the banning mod unless: 1) You have PROOF that the moderator is acting in a manner that breaks any of the rules listed here. 2) The banning moderator assigns the case onto another moderator. 3) Another moderator of higher rank takes over the case. Even so, you don't get to choose who takes over the case, this will be decided by the rest of the staff team.
