I was flying working on my island, and the server restarted. When I logged back in I glitched through the wall. God mode was some how turned off and fell to my death. I had lots of stone etc in my inventory too. I'm not worried about all that accept my diamond gear. I had full diamond armor, diamond sword and diamond block on my head. I'm sure i'm not the first person that this has happened to. I tried typing /fly, /home and I didn't type /god as it's always on and you don't have to type that command every time. I tried talking to a mod that was on nickname Larry and he said "he didn't have game mode" then after I asked him another question he said "brb" and never came back. So what are my options here?

 

server was having major problems, cyp and crew reset alot of commands... in any event screenshots of owning any items lost is needed :/

to be fair, if you notice your taking damage, wouldnt you instinctually /god? or /home so when you die you can get your items again? or did just no commands work at that time lol

 

Hello my account name is pledgefree I also am a $100 donor. Bought the wood kit too. I am Wolfenblack's father. I have paid $210 now just tossing that out there. I wasn't aware screenshots were necessary for a video game. I do understand the issue of people taking advantage of this type of situation. Yes I get what you mean about typing /god , but he is very young and panicked.. He typed /fly, then escape and by that time he was dead. His nickname was gone through what ever happened during this glitch as well. I appreciate peoples fast response. Does my son have any options here?

 

It wasn't a glitch it was a reset due to some server errors, many donor commands were reset such as /Nick, /God, /kit and /Fly but as that resets anyway it doesn't affect gameplay, screenshots are nessacerry for a full refund incase of people who would take this situation as an advantage, I also died as a result of the /God reset and had no screenshots please try and remain calm and try and let moderators deal with the situation as its very hard for them...

 

I can confirm this, because Cyp himself had told us that. I don't think any f the items can be refunded, unless you have screenshots :/

 

In my opinion everyone is being calm and doing the best they can. I understand the situation as well as the abuse people try and benefit from a situation like this. All he lost that he would want is diamond armor and if it can't happen it can't happen. I still don't know what screenshot he could have had. A screen shot showing diamond armor doesn't prove a person didn't just chest the goods away saying he lost them. A screen shot showing he died doesn't show he had armor on him. Krissy I appreciate your offer and we could do something like that but I wouldn't feel right taking diamonds unless we could give you stuff in return. Grass rtc

 

I'll tell you what Logan Schaefer. I'll give you 15 diamonds (hopefully enough to buy another set of Diamond Armor) and in return I would just want a sincere Thank You ^ - ^. Just inbox me and I'll try to see if we can set a time when we'll both be able to get on.

 

Noobcrew/CypriotMerkz erased some essentials files so everyone's /god, /fly, /nick, etc. was reset. That is why your /god was probably turned off.
