I have had so many experiences with this and is super easy to fix.
First of all do not click on any ads which will make it even worse.
But what you want to do is since you're a windows 8 go to the control panel which can be found when you hover your mouse in the bottom right corner of your laptop/computer. You will want to click settings then click control panel. After this you will see a link looking like this > Desktop thread.png
You want to click that and uninstall any program that looks suspicious and shouldn't be on your computer. Then after this you can change your home page to something simple like google without it changing back.

Not sure if this would apply to this browser, but one time I downloaded something and it made this random thing my new browser so after a few days I just was sick of the new browser and looked it up on google how to uninstall whatever the browsers name was (because google has the answer to everything :p) and there was the website for it and BAM the ugly browser is defeated! cx

If you've already deleted all the sweet-page files then there shouldn't be anything left to do with that, just open your browser of choice, for me it's chrome, and you would click the top right corner under the "X", click "Settings", then should bring you to a page, it'll have a few options, go down until you find "Search" and "Default Browser", set those both to google.com/google.ca, then you're done. Hope it helps, message me if this isn't what you meant.

Oh you weren't supposed to delete everything, just that one file. Sorry.

I've had this problem before, in the past I just reset my settings, and then change what you need to, hope it helps.

When you uninstall a program traces of it remain.

You gave no information, what browser are you using?

It shouldn't install to every browser. Okay, I'll walk you through it.

    Internet Explorer:
    Just uninstall this crap browser.

    Chrome:
    1. Remove Sweet-page.com from Chrome.
    2. Go to Settings. Go to Start up.
    3. Open a specific page or set of pages. Click on the set pages. If any option is there, such as sweet page, delete that. You can enter any specific as start up page or you can leave it as blank.
    4. Go to Settings > Appearance. Check "Show Home Button". Click on change. Open this page and put any URL, then click OK.
    5. Go to Settings, then Search. Click on Manage Search Engines. If the sweet page URL is there, delete it. Done.

    Firefox:
    1. Remove Sweet-page.com from Firefox.
    2. Open Firefox>Help> Click Troubleshooting information.
    3. Click Reset Firefox.
Bloatware, why use it when it's generally worse than the virus.. lol.

Thanks for this guide, but this is what every removal site says, all did it (Like 6 times) But it's still here. It looks like it's in the centre of my laptop, like in the middle of all data xD

Of course all removal sites say it, because that's how you get rid of it.

Last resort is to uninstall all browsers and re-install them or factory restore your laptop to a date before you installed the virus.

Download Opera, and then remove all other browsers, use Opera to download Firefox and Chrome after you delete and uninstall them.
