There should be a command to know how long for the next clear lag The command could be /clearlag, /clag or something like that
This would be up to the developers of the plugin to add. However I think that it would be handy to see the time remaining on clag just in case people want to drop items But there is significant warning I feel and a lot of ways to avoid clag related incidents.

I like the Idea. It would be handy to just check when Clag instead of waiting for the warning. The warning only says at certain time. Great idea.
If you were cutting down a tree and clag comes, your only loosing 1 sapling because you collected the ones before c lag.

Support, I sometimes want to drop something valuable or start breaking something e.g. dirt. I have to scroll quite a way to check for messages if the chat is busy, how do you know when you've passed 60 seconds worth of chat? Anyway just a command to check would be simpler and nice to have

I don't think you can get ahold of this developer. The best way to do it is get another developer to ask for permission to add this to the plugin.
The author is still responding to comments, I see no reason why you would not be unable to speak to him.
