Upgrade Donor 25 to Donor 50. Never received my enchantment table

    What item/donor package: Upgraded from Donor 25 to Donor 50.

    Issue: I upgraded from Donor 25 to Donor 50, and I was told on the shop.skyblock.net(after I paid - as a confirmation & thank you for donating) that I would receive an enchantment table, but I have not received it. I was able to get my kit, but never received an enchantment table. I was told by some users that I had to be logged in while doing donating. But I thought that I needed to donate first, and then log in. Because one of your message on the shop was please log in now, and then wait 5 mins to receive your goods, hence I was logged out. I don't know if thats the reason why I never got it, but just saying.

    A lot of people never get their enchant table with an upgrade. I am not sure if you will get one from a mod either. This has been happening a lot, its possible you are not meant to get it. However this is just to inform you while the mods or cyp reply to this

    Well, if that is so, then I don't really mind. Just concerned whether or not if I was supposed to receive it or not.

    I'm pretty sure you do not receive an enchantment table when upgrading to donor50 anymore.

    Oh okay, then Cyp should remove that part of the message, if its not included in the donor50. lol
    This thread can be closed then. :p

    I upgraded from 25-50 2 weeks ago and received one but I'm not sure if it's changed since then :D

    Your screenshot on the other phone said it includes it, so then I should have one. But I don't. :/

    It sometimes gives you one and sometimes it doesn't. I never received one when upgrading to 50donor.
    If could put a screenshot of the Transaction ID on this thread. Then you'll get this resolved more quickly.

    Its alright. I really don't need it. I just wanted to let the staff know so they can make a decision whether or not to take that particular message out from the shop: "Includes: 1 enchantment table" if its really not given, and so that other users don't start complaining. :p

    You may lock this thread if no further discussion is to be made. :)
