I purchased the brewing package last night and haven't received it yet. This may be my fault as I realized my inventory had been full for the 20 minutes or more after I completed the purchase. I know it says it could take a day to receive your order but earlier today i ordered iron and received it immediately. Also, last week I purchased iron to build rail/minecart and I would build a cart, powered track, get the cart going and it would disappear. I'm thinking it dropped through the floor and fell but this happened twice before I gave up. If you can help great. Thanks to pein for being helpful.
It just happened again with another mine cart. I am trying to build a system to power my cobblestone generator using tracks, powered tracks, detector rails and now three carts. Three carts=15 iron. If the carts wont work then my rails are worthless(32 normal rails = 12 iron, 12 powered rails = 12 gold, 6 detector rail = 6 iron). That means I have wasted 33 iron and 12 gold. I am the dumbass that kept trying, I got sick of my cobble generator needing to be reset so I figure a rail system might fix it. I am a $100 donor and would appreciate any help. Thanks
Contact a mod to get your brewing package, also did you spell your username correctly when buying it?
I have contacted a mod and was told they couldn't help me, that I needed to post on the forum. A mod also told me that clag takes minecarts when it does it's thing, this should be posted somewhere
Minecarts are entities. CLAG destroys entities sadly... I don't know if CLAG has a config where you can config what entities are deleted and what aren't but there totally should be. Also, about your payment, you have to contact Noobcrew about it.
Best way to get a hold of Noobcrew? When he gets online. Tbh, I don't think Noobcrew reads his PM's as I have MSGed him 3x and never got a response and so have others...
Still no word, not a peep. I haven't received my brewing package, haven't heard back about the minecart/tracks/lost iron issue. The fact that nobody seems to care about an issue that is so easily fixable bothers me. I am a $100 donor for myself, I have spent an additional $60 on extras for myself, donated $50 for my two young nephews. That's $260 in about a week and a half. I have money so I spend it but not another dime on this server unless someone that can actually help me at least acknowledges that I am having these issues. Im not afraid to spend because I like the perks that come with spending. If your at the bar spending money the bartenders take care of you, at the casino they take care of you, actually any business that you walk into and spend again and again they take care of you. It's because the people that spend money are valuable and you want to keep them coming around and spending. You can say donors are no different then non-donors on this server but your wrong, without donors like me this server might not exist. Us spending money is what makes it free for those who don't. You say donors aren't treated any different on this server but they should be, we pay to be treated different. You can disagree all you want but it is what it is, your throwing money away.
you dont buy the packages you donate to the server to help keep it running and they give you something to thank you for it
No... I contacted my Uncle who is a laywer. Though people say its donating and it is as its a LEGAL loophole. The link says SHOP and the extras actually say "8 diamonds FOR $15" not "Donate $15 and recieve 8 diamonds" Basically... This guy HAS to recieve his items or get a refund.
Samrock, of course I pay to get something. Every time I spend money anywhere I get something. It could be goods, services or perks in a video game. The message I was trying to convey is that the people in charge should appreciate the "donations" especially from the frequent buyers . Instead of sharing your way of thinking which is that they are doing the donors a huge favor and we should be grateful. You can call them donations, but they are payments for a service rendered and as such they should do what they can to at least attempt to solve issues as they arise. Im sorry for venting earlier, it has nothing to do with the money its the utter and complete lack caring weather or not their customers.... um I mean donators get what they are paying...... s***, donating for. I mean not one single message, not one attempt made to make things whole. That's all I have to say about that
They are called donations as its a legal loophope as my uncle said... Servers use this loophole so they dont have any problems like these.
