This spider is a member of the Phoneutria genus. It is native to Brail.... -.- What you really need to worry about in Australia is Atrax robustus. Atrax is this guy's rival for the most venomous spider award. (in case people are confused about my nerdiness: Phoneutria = Brazilian Wandering Spider aka. "banana spider" and Atrax robustus = Sidney Funnelweb)
And i had one of these in my aircon vent.. in fact. it was a bunch of em XD bahah i was frickem terrified. red back spider - Google Search

Your Huntsman isn't as big as the giant Huntsman. The giant Huntsman lives at the entrance of caves in Laos, and it has the largest leg-span of any spider known. The redback is a kind of black widow. In New Zealand Latrodectus katipo is the relative to the black widow in the area. Where I live, (U.S. Georgia) Latrodectus Mactans is prevalent. Also you forgot to mention the Sidney funnel web spider. sydney funnel web spider - Google Search
half of these pictures hardly ever happen :'). the roads normally have a few dead kangaroos though ;-; they stink
