No Support. This is a skyblock server. Players join the server to play skyblock not mini-games. Want mini-games? Go play mineverse. If spleef doesn't go to well, maybe one of these games would be considered. However, spleef is a huge hit.

Exactly, spleef is doing really well and is getting some more players on the server! That's why I think we should have around 3 more like the ones in this thread. It would just be for fun for people who want to receive grass so they will go here play and if they win they will receive a prize.

The whole point of this isn't to turn skyblock into mineverse, it's to make skyblock more fun for everyone!

I'd love for there to be more than just building on the servers, and Spleef is a good way to get away from it. However, if you keep adding on the minigames, it'll take away from what Skyblock actually is. It'll keep players on the server for the wrong reason, and it'll attract players for the wrong reason. Instead of people going "Let's go on this server to play Skyblock!" it'll be "Let's go play some minigames on this server!" This suggestion (not yours specifically, but minigames in general; I think your minigames are really cool - however, someone would have to write those plugins, and simply put, we don't have anyone to do that) has been made many times over the 2 years Skyblock has been in existence, but it has always been shot down.

What I did after making this suggestion a year or so ago was build a Spleef arena on my island. I would occasionally invite a bunch of players to my island to play a game or two. I chose Spleef because I could make silk touch shovels, and when a game was played, I would just get the snow back, and I could renew it instantly. There's no "renewable" minigames other than that that immediately pop into my head, but I'm sure there's something. Maybe you could build a minigame on your island and invite your coop mates/trusted friends to join you

 

IF more mini games are to be added i think they should be a sky or skyblock theme - at least something relevant to Skyblock (besides sky wars) and something original and new would be cool.

But if anything else I agree with many about how Skyblock isn't a mini-game server.

 

No minigames please this is skyblock and where I come from you don't find minigames floating in the sky, we'll you don't usualy find massive floating islands but that's not the point xD

 

Btw these are original ideas but if it isn't a mini game server why do we have spleef? Is that not a mini game? The idea was just to make he server more fun for people who like these types of things
