576 Grass = 27 Diamonds
100 Dia = 100 Diamonds
Enchant Table = 1 Dia
Soap = 1 Dia (I think)
Daylight Sensor = 3 Dia.

I think 132 Dia would be appropriate, but I admit you could get it cheaper.
The grass is a bit delusional as there is so much but only has a quarter the value of all you diamonds.

Soap is worth a lot more usually around
100 Dias. I bought my upgrade for 230 Dias and I believe this is worth more.

And as far as the Soap is concerned, I've had people tell me it was from 200 Diamonds to 1000 Diamonds, I'm currently unsure of the value.

Do you thing I could possibly get a 75 $(25-100) upgrade for all of the items included in the screenshot?

 

Depends on the value of the soap dude! If its 1000 dia, even 500 dia, then you will get it done.
My suggestion would be try and sell the soap for a nice amount of diamonds so theres nobody like me who thinks they are worth nothing and doesnt upgrade you.
