Recently, many mods have been demoted, or have resigned. Many active mods on .org are no longer a part of the staff team.

And the Super-Moderators are not that active. Also, most of these mods are American, or in the American time zones. I suggest we need more active moderators. I can often come online, at around 7-8 AM Eastern Time, or 7-9 PM Eastern Time, to find none, or few mods on. As opposed to over the summer, where we had many more mods than we have currently, and could find them online more often. But with school, and jobs starting for most, if not all the moderators, there are large periods of time with the server being unmoderated, with the factor of mods resigning, or being demoted.

I suggest that we need more promotions, with only 12 mods, and most being from the Americas, we need more European, and Australian mods, and mods who can spend more than 15 minutes on at a time. I am not blaming any current mods, they are all wonderful, and doing a great job. But it would be better if we had more mods.

This is just a suggestion, because I am seeing more and more active mods resigning, and we need more people to fill up that space.

Edit: Laura has been demoted, leaving us with 11 mods.

We do need a few promotions. I haven't been as active as I was as mv has lost 6 mods and I'm helping out there. I'll resume being more active sometime soon.

I know I haven't been an active as I was, but that was summertime, this is school now. It takes me a little bit to get myself oriented, and then I should have a solid schedule in place.

Wednesdays are near impossible for me to get on currently, same with Mondays. I just started Night classes on those 2 days, so work on Mondays, Therapy on Wednesdays, And trying to do homework during the week while working Not easy I Can do mornings of I get up earlier, but for now I Seem to sleep through my 7am alarm =\
