Just wondering, do you think there are enough mods on .net or in general? Currently on .net there are 25 mods I believe. How many times do you log on when there are no mods on? (Please post times and time zone ) I am not saying that the mods we do have aren't doing there jobs but with the resignation/demoting of some mods, do we need more? To all mods, we all know that this is not your life, you guys are doing great and not being on 24/7 is normal so we need some players that can be online when other mods aren't. Please vote
Usually 1-6am (EST) there are no mods and sometimes during the day,If i get the chance i would try to be on all the time i'm not very busy
Only thing I can say is apply Otherwise, the answer will always be that there are always room for more.
There are huge gaps with no mods when I come online. I'm in EST. The mods do a good job and I understand that they have personal responsibilities outside of Skyblock. I'm usually online from 8pm-1am after work. 2:30pm-1am on my days off.
^^ they're aren't many australian mods so when I'm online, (GMT +10) there's always 1 or 0 mods online. and tbh the 1 is usually Demon xD
there are never more than... 5 mods on at a time. and min is 0..im on idk 10 or 12 am to sometimes 1am in us time. oddly, alot of the people on the wall of mods i never really see. or have never seen in the months ive been on... i need to /seen though on them. we need moar D: and dev's.. need dev's to help cyp out. edit- ok only 2 are inactive. 1 has been 4 months ago, the other "never joined"(im not factoring in demoted/resigned mods, cause idk who are that are on the wall. but if so, theyve been on recently either way) the rest has been on from at least 10 days ago.. just on at odd times D: but we need mods from aus time zone, thats when theres few to no mods
Lets see: Net has 29 people with mod perms. 19 of them are net only mods. If we look at the activity of the mods through most of the week, we notice that approx 13 mods are actually active. If we look at appeals we see the same mods names over and over again. So from 29 mods we have 13 active. At one point there was never this much of a gap. From more than 10 promotions/demotions we have gained one new staff and had one person promoted from tmod. Look at it this way, if the server continuously has gaps with the mods availability then we are most likely lacking mods who are available. Majority of the mods are on the forums when they cannot get in game. Check teamspeak... thats where the mods who can get in game usually are. Cyp will promote more mods when he is ready to. Its fairly important he picks capable people and the right people. I can count the mods i have seen online in a week with my fingers. You can never have too many mods, as long as they are doing what they are supposed to be doing.
So true, it usually used to be Krissy & Demon in the GMT +10 but now it's just Demon and I often also see Skyttles. I agree with Rex in saying we need 1 or 2 more mods from Australia or New Zealand, around the GMT +8 & GMT +10 The New Zealand one to keep Demon_Angel12 company
But Skygods can't ban people and they don't have mod perms, they have the same abilities as everyone else who's not a mod. If you see someone breaking the rules take screen shots and post a report. So it doesn't really matter if their a sky god or green bean :3 Also you posted it three times, don't spam the thread Please :ah
Yeah, I'm from Australia as well, the are mods on sometimes but never when I need them, there are few sky gods on sometimes though
The times I usually go on are like 4pm - 11pm GMT +13 and 9/10 times, there are no mods on. Sometimes I go on at about 1am - 2am and occasionally 1 or 2 mods on. I think that there should be a couple of active Australian or New Zealand players to get promoted to tmod (that's if they're capable enough for it) but I've only seen a few mod applications from Australians and 1 or 2 from kiwis and that may possibly be why there aren't many .net mods from there and why there are barely any mods that are online when I am, because not enough people from these countries are applying! D:
