Yes, many failed attempts at flying and being console banned, and one was for a wrongful ban for "griefing", when I never did. It was just a messed up log block viewing. Why do you think you should be a mod? I can bring a lot to the table. I can clean my act up when I need to be, I don't swear in the chat. I can be unbiased when in terms of moderating, and I can deal with actions swiftly, and take care of them productively. If someone were to break the rules, I would ensure that I would not abuse my actions, and I would do to the best of my abilities that I could to solve it. I would help out in the rest of my non-moderating(slower times) to help the other players in need of FAQ, donating help, trivia, etc. about the server. I understand that there are many times where I have been "rude" to other players in the chat, and I won't hide it, but I can promise that I will clean up my act as soon as I hit the create thread button. I am very familiar with this server, as I have been on it for a little over 2 years. I am very kind, if you get to know me (;, and would make sure that nothing would be dealt with "light-heartedly" when it needs to be dealt with by a solid action. I have gotten griefed many times before, and I understand that it stinks when players don't get a reply as other moderators are on, and busy helping others, so I could, being a fast typer, fast reader, and a fast response time, deal with such actions for those in need. I also understand many players may not like me, but I hope they can realize that I would start with a clean, whole hearted, slate with everyone. I can ensure you, the reader, that I would not break my promise of being more nice, and mature, to the players on the server. I would respect my rules and position(if given), and not take abuse of that action. I understand that moderators have a hefty job, and I feel more than capable of giving my time into that. Personal issues would not interfere with me on this, and I can assure you they would not be brought into the server to cause ruckus. I would promise to not treat you biased, or unfair, in the terms of moderation and any on-going issues that may have been presented in times passed. If that were to be (unlikely, at most) the case, I would gladly back down from the issue and pass it on to another moderator. I can ensure you I would do the best to my ability to enforce rules, maintain a positive reputation, help others, and be active on this server. How long can you be active on the server every day? I usually pop on for a few hours, sometimes more than others clearly. I will ensure more active playtime I usually never afk, therefor my "active hours" are actually active. Given this opportunity to be accepted, I would make more time for skyblock.net, and sistering servers alone, to be played on by me. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I do have past experiences, I have been a moderator of 2 servers(They are both closed now due to lack of funding), I was an admin for a short while on a creative server my friend owned that was more "Friendly Vanilla", due to a very small player base.
(thanks for reminding me, I would have forgot) Rise... has changed from what most see him as. His personality is something that not most people have, and I, personally, like the way he acts. He doesn't play around too much, but he makes us have a laugh every now and there. Activing: Rise is not AS active as he used to be, but I do see hom online quite often. Personality: While he can be a real *inserts bad word here*, Rise is one of the few people I would trust. Dedication: He's been on the server a long time, and he still enjoys it. Ehh my past with you isn't that great. You came on .org 2 days ago and started telling people they were wasting their lives on minecraft. Don't really see why you are applying after that, but I'm open to change
Life can be applied in more useable terms, instead of not talking and jumping around in circles without helping, doing anything for your island, or others, understand ? And this isn't for .org, so I don't see why that would relate towards .net. And I hope that I can have a fresh slate, not expecting it, but hoping.
If history were always history, people wouldn't be able to accept it and move on. Many life changing events for people have gone down in time, but people move on.
You were causing arguments on net one day. I forgot the theme exactly, but really, I don't think you're mod material. ^ No support.
I choose to believe that people deserve chances and can change. Going by bdarks and pops logic pretty much every appeal would be denied because hey once a griefer always a griefer... once a scammer always a scammer. If you cannot accept that people genuinely want to change then go ahead, but next time you make mistakes and want to make amends you might feel whats its like to have that same line used on you. And trust me, it wont feel good. I will stick to what I said, rise is on the right track to actually improving, and becoming a better player so whether or not you choose to support or not, come in game a lot and see just what hes doing now as opposed to days or months ago. So instead of spreading bleak messages that there is no hope for anyone to have a fresh start, try actively seeing what happens in game. And do not question my support again for this will just create unnecessary arguments.
If he had done what he did on net, a month ago, let's say, I would have had a different opinion. But applying after less than a week after causing unneded trouble is not acceptable.
And I have kept people banned for that long after causing trouble and they learnt their lesson and are now good players. no more arguments please, this is a mod app.
Active: You're on net a lot but I don't think your mod material, I'll explain why. You are on a lot DONT get me wrong there, but you cause arguments a lot. Usually don't see you helping a lot. Dedication: You are dedicated to net and I know you have for a very long time. I'm on when you are on showing that you are dedicated. Maturity: You can be mature when you need to. %75 For now, change can happen.
Helping is usually VIA messages, for me, as that's where I get asked things most commonly. And like I said above, I have(since posting time) calmed down on "flaming" / "argument starting" But thank you.
