Popularity is something that really only exists as a level of segregation in schools and other youth related aspects. Rather than be striving for popularity, aim to be true to yourself. In being an honest, trustworthy individual, you'll achieve much more in life, and live a much more rewarding life than if you were to look to be the one who stands out the most.
I am such a nerd in my grade and quiet frankly i love being geeky and a nerd but i keep my studies up and still manage to be online. Popularity doesn't have to matter if you don't want it to your life is your life and your free to be yourself (Unless your self is a bad person then thats bad ) There is one thing i don't like the "Popular" and sporty girl in my grade and she lives 2 houses away from me and we have been that close for 3 whole years and all she does is ignore me and once in a while we hang out (usually in the summer) and frankly i barely even know her . Ever since i have been in the neighborhood she has been kind of b*tchy and her friend in 7th grade ignores me too. I always feel left out in my neighborhood. Sorry i had to get that off of my chest and i trust you guys not to judge me about this i just have been going through some hard times
