I now see many people starting to make many applications. But not a lot of those applications are well made. Firstly, many of the applications do not include enough detail, the key to becoming a mod is to start with a legible and well mad application. These are simple rules one should follow while making a mad app:
Spelling & Grammar
1. Please have correct spelling and grammar, this is not chatting. Do nawt rite lik dis.
Detail
2. Put detail and actual effort in your mod app, a good, legible, mod application can be up to 3 pages long.
Off Topic
3. Do not get off topic, like in some mod apps, many people talk about their "Creativity" or "Being Funny" These are all good qualities to have but are not extremely necessary for a moderator application.
Become a Member!
4. Become a member of the community, do not log in and decide you want to be a moderator, being a moderator requires knowing and becoming a member of our little community.
Be Active
5. Be Active! You must be active on the server and forums, report every person you see breaking the Skyblock rules. Remind people of the rules online every time they break them.
Be Respectful
6. Be respectful when speaking to people, when you see someone breaking a rule, tell them to "please" stop, do not be rude about it, everyone on the server is equal, and no one, friend or no friend, new or old, we all deserve the same respect.
