I just talked to Cyp on skype. He says that he doesnt deal with appeal unless he Really needs to or wants to.

What you said about blaq's family was absolutely horrible, but not a threat. Words weigh heavy when one speaks of family. I hope you understand why it was taken so seriously.
This ordeal has gone on too long. I think there is a lesson to be learned here for everyone involved.

DoNotDeleteReadFirst what Zambi did is out of line, no matter how senior a Mod he is. If he claims to have written the rule book then he'll know that what he did was clearly out of line. I apologise for having to put you through this, as it is clearly detracting from the original purpose of the appeal.

As for whether or not this is Cyp's appeal, the rulebook states clearly states that only a more senior Mod may take over the appeal. Since Zambi and I are both SMods, the rule clearly does not apply. However, you have a right to choose to have the appeal heard by a more senior member of staff, in this case it'll be Cyp, if you feel you have been treated unfairly or the Mod may be biased toward you in any way. If this is the case, please let me know now, and I'll excuse myself from this appeal. However, if you wish to continue please let me know.

 

Blaq, what I said to Jennie may have been mean and way out of line, but as stated by basically all of the other mods. Skype is not skyblock. they are two different things and should be treated as such. There is even a divide between the server and forums. One can be banned in-game, but not on forums, or the other way around. I feel as though you are prolonging this appeal because the comments I made target yu and your family, and that you want to keep me banned for as long as possible to get back at me. Cyp doesnt want to take over the appeal, I already talked to him about it earlier on skype. So as the very popular saying goes. "What do?" -Bat

he wasnt the banning mods though. Dew Was. the only reason he was given the appeal was because he was the subject of what was said to get the ban.

I must also add that Cyp doesnt really ban people because of things said on skype unless it is something concerning him for the most part. He doesnt just go ban happy when someone criticizes the server or insults his mods. Trust me, I know, Ive done it.

 

Dew is just going to support blaq. The way she treats me and my group of friends, along with the fact that she was the banning mod, just proves it more. She is still free to post her opinion, though, it might not matter because blaq seems to have made up his mind and is just trying to jump through the necessary hoops to get to the denial part.

Kerahna, in game earlier today you said that skype ban drama isnt right. Zambi basically said the same thing on my appeal, Pile, says the same. Hell, Even Dirty Ninja used to say the same thing. I said things 10x worse to him on skype(we still ended up acceptional friends) and he never banned me. When we had later come to get along, I asked him why I was never banned for that. He said it was because Skype was Skype, and Skyblock was skyblock. 2 Different things. Just like the difference between Server and forums. I've been hoppin on and off net all day. But im banned on forums. Different things.

Block/ban me on skype if you want, but this isnt skype, so dont ban me here.

 

I don't think you understand me very well, if I wanted this appeal denied I'd have denied it right off the bat, or just ignored it. The fact that I've spent the better part of the week asking the opinions of other staff and thinking about it shows that I probably care more about it than you do.

I'll ask again, if you feel that I've treated you unfairly and wish to escalate this appeal to Cyp, say so, otherwise I'll post my response tonight when I get home (I've already spent 2hrs at work dealing with this).
