Server; Skyblock.net (NET) Ign; ponpon8x Ban msg; Banned. Please close chargeback. Read Rules; Yes, I pretty much know what not to do to get ban. Why I got banned; I don't know. When I try to log-in to play few days ago it said I was banned. Incorrect ban?; I dont't know. For sure, I didn't do any payment to skyblock in these past few months. Banned history; Yes, this happen once before. The exact thing. Already cleared and now it's happening again. Reason to be unban; I want to play! The server is my only server I play (both ORG & NET). *I repeat, I never did any transaction for this to happen. Also no one in favor for upgrading me (paying on my behalf) as I don't even know anyone would do that. No promise, no deal at all. So please unban me. These server were my favorites ~

Yes, I've been a donor for more than a year now in NET server. Last payment made to skyblock server was in ORG server, upgrade from donor10 to donor25. And that's way long time ago not recently, almost half a year now. So, I don't know what was with this deal; 'Banned; Close chargeback to be unbanned. @ skyblock.net' is. Unless someone are doing a bad joke on my name (IGN) with skyblock online payment. That's all I can think about. Also, how can I close the 'chargeback' thing when I can't or don't even have access to it? More accurately, I'm clueless as to what is happening with the 'chargeback' banned. So, please free me up as soon as possible so I can continue to log-in my weekly play in NET server (I always play 2-3 times a week in NET). -peace out-
Do you still have the receipts from when you upgraded on .net? Sorry this is taking so long. Once it is resolved I will reimburse the kits that you've missed during this time
I'm sorry, I don't have that. I don't remember the ign of the person who upgraded me in .NET since it has been almost more than half a year now or almost a year I think. He was the one who upgraded me from Donor25 into Donor50. That's the last upgrade happen with me in .NET server. So, this chargeback is irrelevant to be happening right now since it has been too long of a period. And there's no new upgrade happen nor supposed to be happening since I've been playing as Donor50 for that entire time until this 'chargeback' ban happen few weeks now. Again, i'm sorry I can't provide the receipts since it's not me myself paying.
chargeback can happen any time. we will need cyp to look up donations and chargebacks under your name and if it was the $50 that got charged back, you will lose your donor status when you are unbanned
