/ban all: would never be necessary, ever.
/shirt, /pants, /shoes: (if I've interpreted correctly) would clash with /hat and generally wouldn't work well
/potion: too over-powered. Also, has your matches the vanilla command /effect
/kill all: same as /ban all
All warps: cyp/crew doesn't seem to be looking for new warps and will implement them when they're needed
/record, /record stop: does have a purpose but you could just use any free recording software
/pie: explain what it would do
/colour codes: if it just listed what the codes are and what colours they make then support
/kits: unnecessary. Could be useful but overall seem pointless. 'Fighter' is pointless without pvp, and pvp is defiantly not coming back, 'farmer' you get most seeds in your started chest and can play MA for carrots and potatoes and finally 'redstoner' all redstone equipment is insanely cheap appart from comparators, which don't have much purpose (yes they're useful but not really in skyblock)
/find: why not just, ask the player where they are? Also, would completely ruin hide and seek :3

I can't tell if this is serious or not.
So I'm going to give my serious opinion.
First of all, I think you should give explanations of the things you want added, such as what they do, and why they would be useful, instead of just leaving us to guess what you want/mean.

/ban all: I sincerely hope you are kidding. For obvious reasons, this will never be added, for any group of people.
/shirt: I'm guessing you mean for this command to work like /hat, putting an item on your torso. I don't know if putting things other than armor on your torso even works, and if it doesn't, just put on armor like a normal person.
/pants: I'm assuming this is also like hat. See my reasoning against /shirt.
/shoes: Once again assuming this is like /hat. See reasoning for /shirt and /pants.
/potion: People would max themselves out, with invisibility, speed, and other things. Also, the hack potential for different areas is too high.
/kill all: Same reasoning as /ban all. Nobody will ever need it, no group of people will ever have it.
/warp dropparty: There are MULTIPLE places people do dropparties. We already have plenty of dropparty locations.
/warp chicken: We already have /warp animal.
/record: I'm guessing you mean a command that starts recording your screen. I have never heard of this, and it's pretty much useless. If you want to record your game, there are multiple other ways.
/recordstop: Same reasoning as /record.
/warp cheese: We already have multiple "for fun" warps. This would just be a cute little building project, with no real worth to the community.
/warp mod: This is one of the only ones I have no idea what you mean. We don't need any new warps.
/pie: I'm guessing this would give you a pumpkin pie? People would abuse it, unless there was a cooldown. And it's basically useless.
/colorcodes: If you mean for this to show a list of all the colorcodes, that would be nice. Some donors don't know them.
/kit farmer: Obviously would need a cooldown, or be a one time use kit. Starter islands already come with farming supplies.
/kit redstone: Redstone is pretty cheap, it comes in large quantities in donor kits. I just see no reason for this.
/kit fighter: See my other reasons for not having useless kits.
/find: I'm not sure what exactly you would want this to do. Telling a player's coordinates would be useless, and the only other thing could be warps. Also, if you want to see if they're online, we have /seen.
/warp spam: Other than an informative warp telling what spam is, this is another useless warp. Also, spam is in the rules and other things, it doesn't need it's own warp.
/warp end: If you would want this to bring you to the end, no. Even a warp designed to look like the end is once again useless. We have end materials at /warp grass.
/warp nether: See my reasons against /warp end.
Now, I would recommend you delete the absolutely crazy ones, such as /ban all and /kill all.
And if you are serious, add details and reasoning as to why you want these implemented.
If you're joking (which I hope you are) I would just delete this to leave more space for useful suggestion threads.

To be honest, these are all pointless.

 

I find this so funny because ur all taking it so srsly. I don't want support or anything because theyre just suggestions and some idk why I put on there (I was a complete imbecle the night I wrote this) and /pie /kill all is just a joke. /warp cheese is the only one I would want but its not for any support or anything, theyre just suggestion so slow your roll ppl.

Why on earth would we ever use /ban or /kill all

/Potion same as /effect would be way to over powered
