Kindness is policy. Plus, with only 2 judges it would of been hell to judge perfectly. We both applied, so we got it. It helps this comp as there are more judges, and it is fun for the people who are judges

No, you do not have to show your faces, but, to prove that you made it and it is not copied, in the recording, either show your face, or say your forum name and ign.

As for comic strip, you need to have your ign and normal signature somewhere visible so we can prove that you made it

No. All comedy is disallowed. You can only be not funny and then the judges will pick the funniest of the non-funny entries and yell at them for being too funny. They will then give the prize to the least funny entry.
