And in the second request, I warned that if he didnt move them, that they would not be his. waited about another half hour. then Asked sala to come on. It took her another 45 minutes to get online. But. A mod told you specifically not to do a certain thing.
So you ensnared a mod who didn't know of this warning, and got them to do it.

Your explanation of p1 controls everything on this island is not exactly fair to P3. Shadow had permission to store items on that island. Goden made it clear to you that those items had permission to be there, and yet you went on to trick a moderator and get the items

 

Another point.
You're saying that P1, or yourself, as coop leader is allowed to unlock whatever chests you want, do whatever you want, because it's your island.
I don't know about Hellblock, but I would assume it's similar to .NET in this way; a coop member has to be inactive for a while, possibly a month, before a coop leader is allowed to remove their lockettes.
So this rule could be extended to lockettes allowed to be placed by a coop member.
So although Shadow wasn't a part of your coop, permission was given by part of your coop to place these chests.
Making them indirectly your coop's chests.
Which you need special circumstances to unlock or remove.

And then I have an incredibly large building-in-progress under my island thats already taken a lot to make. I prefer not being banned, as most do, especially with th island crisis thats going on.

 

Earlier you didn't want to give back the items. If you had been willing to accept the items were Shadow's and that his chests had permission to be there this would have been simpler for you. Anyway, we are waiting for Kato to make a decision on this.

 

I naturally argue with everything. If I dont voice it, just know that Ive just argued with you in my head. When I make ban appeals, I struglle to hide the sarcasm in every word. If I were to say what I want to say about this ban, and this appeal, you all would hate me, my appeal would be denied for sure, and I might get a forums ban deponding on where I voiced it. When I found out that I wasnt even told that a staff memeber had taken items from my chest without notification, I was irritated, so I argued.
