These show the valuable and illegal items you removed from Shadow's chest

 

I asked for a non-joe modbecause I knew joe was on org pumpkin farming. And the reason I didn't want to bother him while he did so was because he was getting the money for me. We have an ongoing deal of org money for net horse eggs.

As I said before, The illegal Items were declared. since core protect apperantly logs msg's. You can go ahead and look it up.

Edit: While, ur at it, can you check joe's messages, I want to know if he told me not to mess with the chests and I was just un-attentive or not.

 

May I ask why you said "lol"? I mean... its a ban appeal and you're a long time moderator. Some people ,might take that to offense.

 

Moderating duties come first, I can handle this.

 

But I was more concerned with my org money at the time, so I didn't want to bother you whn you were basically getting me money.

I was informed that Items were taken from my chests to "refund" Shadow.

Though what I did isn't really a nice thing to do, I was within my rights as an island owner to have an unwanted lock removed from my island and to take whatever I wanted from those chests as I pleased. The fact that I wasn't even told that the staff were taking items from my chests isn't very, for lack of a better word, good of you. I would like an Admin's input on this entire Appeal so far, addressing every part.

So if either Cypriot or Kato could please give their input, that would be appreciated.

In the meantime, I would like the items that were taken from my chests be held by a moderator until this issue is resolved.

We are waiting for KatoKillsMyGPA, Balloon. I removed the items you took from Shadow's chests because your coop, GOden, gave him permission to put the chests there.

 

But did you give the items to shadow yet?

 

The items are back in his chests and the lockettes have been replaced. The illegal items that would count as island farming have been removed.

 

At this current point in time, I will ask that the decision of the ownership of those items be determined by Kato or Cypriot. Whoever comes first.

Posting my opinions in response to "
2 people are in a coop
P1 is coop leader and P2 is a coopmate
If P2 says that his friend who Im just going to call JJ can store his items on his island
And P1 Logs on later and has those locks removed and takes the more valuable items from those chests
would that be within his rights as an island owner to do so?
oh and I forgot to add that P1 Asks JJ to Move his chests twice before having them unlocked and warns that he would take them if he didnt move them." as requested.

It is P1's island but I'm pretty sure if the player has been allowed by someone in the coop to put their items on the island that P1 shouldn't have taken them. Since P1 and P2 share the island and P2 gave permission to JJ to store his items there it give's JJ all rights to take as long as he wants since 1: They are his items 2: He was given permission. But I see where your concern is considering it is P1's island and P1 should have access to everything on his island but he didn't have much right to go through someone's items without their consent. It would've been best to wait it out or if the chest bothered him so much ask a mod to remove the chest and put them somewhere else or back on JJ's island (This is probably for item storage for a restart I'm guessing) So P1 didn't have full rights to unlock the chest and take the items. (Just my opinion to the question above.)
