I talked with you, Goden, and shadow last night about this. Goden informed you that he was permitting shadow to store his items at the island. I told you that the lockettes were going to stay, as they had permission to be there. You then asked Sala later that day, and she unlocked them. You then removed most of Shadow's valuable items, and placed you own lockettes on the chest. Why did you disobey my orders and have Sala remove the lockettes, even though you knew that the Shadow had permission for his chests to be there.

Ok let's get a few things straight here:
1. I had Gogo's approval that I could have my stuff on his island. He even told me the spot where I could put them. Then I started my new island so I could move the chests of the island. I had run out of nether brick so I quit building for the day. I was on .net helping for the rest of the night. You are lying BTW. I spent the last 3 hours of my night helping the .net players. You didn't message me ONCE. I always respond to messages. I did receive a message from Joe saying you wanted my lockettes removed. I told him they wouldn't be there much longer and I don't want my lockettes removed. Now, I assume Joe told you they weren't going to be removed. Then you disobeyed Joe and got Sala to remove the lockettes, After he told you no. Then you decided to take my rares and ILLEGAL items (soul sand) from the chests and lock the rest. I don't know why you felt that you had any right to go through my stuff and help yourself to what you wanted. You had taken illegal items from the chest. (which is illegal trade) Can you please tell me why you had any right to do these actions?

 

Well, first off, You didnt tell me that the chests were there to stay, you only said that they were indeed shadow's storage chests because he was restarting.

Second off, when we talked about this, it was early yesterday afternoon, and I had given shadow plenty of tim to come move to his new island. I even went to net 2 times and asked hmi to move them, while the second time I had asked I had warned that I would have them unlocked unless he came on and moved. anther 30 minutes wnet by, and I went and got Sala. Sala told me to prove that the isalnd was mine by /home'ing and I did. I even offered to send a screenshot of the /coop ask proof that I was the owner of the island. the /home was enough evidence that she would unlock the chests for me.

Third, In many cases, I have seen reports of similar caes such as this, and in those reports someone was moving islands, and had their stuff stored on a friends island and was bterayed by that friend. The friend that took the items was not prosecuted because there was no trade, there was no grief. The player willingly put their items on someone else's island, which then allowed the owner of that island to take the items as his own. I at least gave him the courtesy of warning him 2 times.

Joe told you, My locketts were not coming off those chests. You later got an innocent mod into this. She didn't know you had been denied of that lockette removal. But yet you persisted on getting those lockettes removed. Now Sala has to deal with this app because you didn't tell her the truth. If anything you should be banned. You have:
Disobeyed a Mod. Lied to a mod. Traded illegal items. Looted my chests. And you have been banned far to many times. You just won't learn at this point. How many more bans will it take? I think is appeal is just about over.

 

I dont remember this happeneing at all, All I remember is after I said that they were probably storage, you said thay were storage. If you had said not to, Im sorry, i must not have been payying attention, but that does not change the fact that I asked shadow to remove his chests more than once and warned about the consequences.

After all this you still continue to lie. You didn't ask me because I would have seen it in chat and replied. (like I did with Joe) And out of all this. What problems were those chests causing? There were in the corner. They didn't do anything wrong. Yet you just wanted the lockettes removed for the items. Am I correct? If not. Why? those chests didnt cause a single problem in that location of the island.

 

I didnt want the chests on my island. The only reason I require to do anything on my island is just that I wanted it so. It is my island, my creation, if I see something that bothers me, I can choose to get rid of it.

Thanks for you input Shadow, but the moderators can handle it from here. Abrupt I don't believe your excuse of "I don't remember that." You have been banned in the past for hopper looting other islands, and it is somewhat odd that you were in such a hurry to remove the chests.

First off you just removed the items of value from the chests along with other illegal to trade items such as lava buckets. You clearly just wanted to take the items. You never got rid of the chests. You simply looted the valuable items, and placed your own lockettes on them.

 

The Illegal Items were declared to Sala.

And Im not saying I don't remember it, Im saying that in all the chat messages that I read yesterday, I did not see a single one from you telling me not to do anything to those chests. Though, unless you are Jippy, goden, or micah, I don't really pay attention.

I was in no hurry, but that is of no matter. And yes, I did want to take the items. BAM, but I never denied that I wanted any items. I only said that something about those chests bothered me. taking valuable items from a chest on my island is no crime. Not at all.
