As blaq said on the first or second page, you don't have to explain yourself to him. I would have denied before this, as it turned into an interrogation from him, which is unacceptable. We are interrogating them. It was his fault for illegal trading, not yours.
That would be like a criminal getting away with something then suing the police for not stopping them. He is disrespectful, it looks like he doesn't want to be unbanned, just cause you misery and make you explain things you don't have to give a reason for.
I would deny and see if he changes his attitude.

 

This, exactly what I would have done. Eyesaiah, to be honest, after reading each post you made in this ban appeal, almost all of them are just screaming at jennie, and none of your posts provide concrete proof, let alone proof at all. Just as roblox said, all of the posts you made accusing Jennie of not doing her job as a moderator (which she's doing her job as a moderator well), are just decreasing your chances to the point of being instant-denied once it steps out of the "create thread" page.
As a suggested course of action, apologize to jennie or your appeal won't be reconsidered any time soon. Then again, Jennie is in control of the ban, so it's her decision on what to do with you.

i would like to start off and apologize to jennie for suggesting that she not lie because that was against the skyblock rules. Although im not going to apologize for exercising my right as a HUMAN to express my feelings and my opinions. I also would like to question all the moderators (some not even .net) input on my appeal because i do believe that the rules state that unless you are directly related to the appeal you shouldnt comment. I am not going to beg for my appeal to be excepted. All i ask is that you make a unbiased decision. I am an active member on the server and in the skyblock community. I will not respond to any comment unless asked a direct question. I would like to end this with my last words on the matter "nobody is perfect, i am not, and neither are any of the mods so make your decision based on my actions not my person".

 

It is the right and responsibility of any Mod to step into an appeal to assist their fellow staff members, as is the right of any staff member to request input from other staff members regarding an appeal. Not to mention that eyesaiahh has requested that other mods do so multiple times.

We use hidden content to discuss what we should do with this ban appeal. Jennie is the banning mod. Therefore, unless she says differently, she will be the one who decides whether you stay banned or not. We are giving our imput, and are only here to help the situation, not cause more chaos. From my knowledge, mods have been doing it like this for a while, and I've never seen anyone have a problem with it until this point.
