From what I am aware of you did give Darth the Flint and Steel when we were in a Skype call. If I were you I wouldn't accuse a mod of anything without proof. I have heard you say long ago you had like 50+ Gravel. You did do something illegal. At this point we are worrying about you giving Illegal item(s) Away, and Lying. If she gave you the gravel you need proof.
Do NOT accuse her of saying you can have it. If she did do that then why are your logs on the gravel? You lying in your appeals is going to get you no where.
You Made the mistake, you need to own up to it.

I dont understand how else to tell you this. I HAVE ADMITTED TO TAKING THE GRAVEL. I HAVE ADMITED TO EVERYTHING the only issue i see is why jennie didnt handle the situation properly and the result of her now doing her job cause the gravel to be sold again.

 

and it obviously was free to keep it since she NEVER TOOK IT AWAY

She had a good reason why, That is why she is now taking care of it. Since you have now traded the item, it has led up to this.

 

I was going to take it away, if you haven't noticed I had stated plenty of times that you were still banned by the time I had to go for a few hours and by the time I was back you were unbanned and you have given away the item.

 

I told you before on teampspeak that once you were unbanned I was going to confiscated while you were joking around about keeping it. Why would you even think about trading it in the first place? If your going to accuse me of not doing my job because I didn't confiscate it you are wrong. I would have confiscated it if I had time. I think your forgetting that I have a life, I have things to do other then watch over your every move.

I'm still learning and I don't appreciate you calling me out on something that I've already taken care of. I didn't confiscate the item because when you were banned you were offline BOTH times you had been banned, and when you were unbanned the first time I couldn't be there to confiscate it.

 

hahaha it was over a matter of 2 and a half days not a coupe hours jennie so you had time to "confiscate it"

 

When I was gone the first day I had to be somewhere and the second day my mom took away my laptop and I wasn't able to get online until later.

 

What your basically saying here is that you will break the rules whenever the chance is given.
