Why do you think you should be unbanned? because i was already given a 3 day temp ban and jennie told me that if i served my time for those three days then i would be unbanned. once my temp ban was up i was playing for about 2 days before logging on and seeing that i was fully banned and that i had to appeal. I am a little confused as to why i was re-banned when we had already gone past the issue

We have not gone past the issue considering you had given away the griefed item before I could have confiscated it considering I was away for the days you were unbanned. I was also informed by blaq that Darth5588 had been the receiver of the item and considering it was gravel you had griefed this is another reason why you have been banned. I was also informed from more experienced mods that it should've been a perm ban considering the item is illegal and it belongs to a mod. I would also like to know why you felt griefing an illegal item from me was okay.

First I find gravel hidden at your island, and that you have illegal traded it.
Next I find island farming

And then after that, a cute little killing machine

And then finally, stealing from multiple starter islands.

 

This concerns me considering you have been banned for several things and you still continue to break the rules.

This isn't ONE slip up. When I confronted you about griefing me on teampspeak you were laughing about it acting as if it was a joke. You even went as far as asking if you could keep it.

I didn't give you any gravel before, I wasn't being careless, By the time you were unbanned I was going to be away for the next few hours and in those hours you gave it away.

No Of course not. I was away. I didn't have time to confiscate it.

 

so obviously you were being careless if you didnt properly banned me and allowed me to trade it after a mere 3 day ban. i honestly think that my appeal needs to be reviewed by a more experienced mod because you failed to do your job thus causing more trouble

 

I will once again state that I felt it wasn't much of a punishable ban seeing as it was one item but I was informed later by more experienced mod's that it should still have been counted as a regular grief.

 

Do NOT accuse a mod of lying without proof, this can result in a further ban on top of the bans that you already have. If you have proof of these statements, post them, otherwise, I would retract them and apologise to Supermonkey000

i did not accuse a mod of lying i simply suggested that she tell the truth and i want to get on to the real issue of the matter i would like someone to review my ban that has more experience then jennie because she has obviously showed how she would have dealt with it
