I Know how to post pictures and stuff but don't know how to do the animations...

What does GIF Mean XD?

 

Graphics Interchange Format.
Tiny clips of video almost, but they act like pictures in most cases, including signatures.

 

GIF are like pictures just the same way that JPGs or BMPs are pictures. The difference with GIF is that they allow you to animate them (essentially it's 1 file that contains multiple images) and that's why they're popular for signatures which do not otherwise allow video-like content in them.

Also, you can search up animated gifs just by adding the word gifs to your search. "cat gifs" will usually bring up a lot of animated pictures.
