This is related to the teamspeak and I was banned one time on teamspeak for this sort of thing. Why do you think you should be unbanned? So let me just expand on this. I've told EnderDragon47 yesterday that I did in-fact hit him with an attack. We talked and he mentioned nothing about a ban. I believe we made up yesterday already and I believe that he has no grudge or anything against me as he is no longer being hit. Lopk has been harassing the staff team for a long time now. It's been getting on my nerves. I decided to be the good guy and make Lopk sit down so he stops disturbing the staff team and other players. However, me trying to protect the staff team, I'm the one punished and not him. He's mistreated many in the past, as I'm sure many can indeed vouch for me, and I decided to help the team out. Lopk has been getting on my nerves recently and I just tried to do my best to help protect my friends and the staff. I do not believe I should be the one getting the punishment as I just tried to help. I do not want this auto-denied as I want to put my input on this appeal.
Look, how am I supposed to know you're not going to do this again? You personally DDoS'ed me, and then after me specifically telling you that any further DDoSing would result in a ban, you just go right ahead and do it again. You act all apologetic to me AFTER you're banned, but when you're unbanned, you go right back to bending and breaking the rules again.
You have already punished me for DDoSing you once. There is no reason to do it again for the same reason. In fact, this time it was for the correct reasons to stick up for my friends and the staff team. I'm not acting apologetic as I have nothing to apologize for. I've been punished for DDoSing you once. I believe I was being the good guy by trying to defend you. I just wanted to help my mates.
That's where you're wrong. I banned you, and then you DDoSed me in order to get unbanned. After talking to you for a bit, I believed that you wouldn't break the rules again. Instead, you proceed to DDoS another staff member and complain to the rest of us that someone else was taking credit for us. You of all people should know that rules are rules, no matter the reason you're breaking them for.
Yes, I have hit another staff member. I've owned up to this yesterday as well. I believe that I made up with Ender. The request was of course from Lopk as well.
I mean, yes, I did hit Ender. But you already knew this yesterday. The whole staff team did. Why didn't you speak up yesterday? You were there. Why is it that when I tried to stick up for you so you stop being harassed that you take action against me?
Because he's been doing this for a long time. He is bluntly harassing you on Teamspeak and trying to dox the staff team and you let him stay on Teamspeak because he bypassed a ban for 2+ hours. I was truly just trying to protect you.
This isn't about him, and while he will be dealt with, this is about you. The reasons for your ban are perfectly justifiable, so let's not talk about those. What you should be trying to convince me of is why you should be unbanned and why you won't do this again.
If you were trying to protect him, you would not have launched the attack. If you've already been punished for it once, it's obvious that if you did it again the punishment should be even greater. At this point there is no reason why we should continue to believe your manipulative attempts at persuading the staff to unban you - everything you have ever told us in these appeals has been a lie, as proven by your failing to follow rules over and over again. Your words do not match your actions, and never have.
Kerahna, you are a part of the staff team and I do understand that you guys work together to make decisions but I honestly believe that this ban should be handled by Mind and Demon or just Mind alone as I already know you have a grudge against me. Okay, you are correct. I'll focus on that. I believe that I should be unbanned because I wasn't trying to harm you or the staff today. I was trying to stick up for you and the staff team today. Unfortunately due to my idiotic actions, it wasn't the best way to go about it and dox him but that's what he was saying he'll do (which he is a failure at). I mean, I seriously tried to protect you today as I knew I would scare him off if I doxed him. If I say I won't do it again, it'll be a lie because what I did was I tried to protect my friends and I always do that. I do agree that my actions weren't the best method of proving a point but I was just trying to help you and protect others on Teamspeak as he was getting cocky. That's why I believe I should be unbanned. It's not like I was saying things such as "Mind, i know where you live, i'm going to publicly drop your dox. hahaha" or anything. I believe it was the complete opposite of that.
It is not a grudge so much as the experience in having dealt with you enough times to have been asked to comment on this appeal. I have a responsibility to take care of the staff that I work with and I'm not going to sit by and let you do this to them. Since you just admitted that you are going to do it again if you were unbanned, I see no reason for you to be unbanned.
What I said was I will continue to stick up for my friends. I wasn't going to sit there and let this kid do this to the staff team either. What I did was I tried to help them by doxing the kid.
So why am I the one punished while Lopk was allowed on Teamspeak for a number of hours? All Mind did was kick him a few times and then gave him one 5 minute ban. And I tried to stick up for him and I got a permanent ban. I am also not the only one who does this sort of thing in this community either.
Kerahna is an SMod which means she has the authority to take over the appeal of any other Mods or even overrule their decisions. If you feel you have proof that Kerahna has acted towards you in an unfair manner or is bearing a grudge against you, do feel free to post it. But do not make baseless accusations, that is against the rules too.
I would like if Mind were the only one to deal with this appeal. I honestly feel uncomfortable with everyone else dealing with it. :/
