I bet they could, and im sure they are working on it now too, because this is one of the biggest bugs in skyblock

If it comes to lava walls people in /ma s won't be able to see what's happening unless they have fly and they can fly from stafflist and or others. So we need something like stairs that people won't be able to glitch out of.

No, because most people purchase 100 dollar donor and they WANT /god

 

This, in theory would be a good idea, but there are more negatives then there are positive about it.

1. From /ma s, you can only see a small spot of the arena, and you have to walk around to see each little part. Adding a roof would not let people using /fly fly from stafflist to the arena to see the whole thing.
2. Adding a roof, the ledge will still be a problem for hackers
3. Same for /god people, not a solution.
4. With the roof added, the only main light source would be from the sides, making it more annoying and harder, not to mention with noob and crew the only people able to do it, building will also be an issue, having the mob arena closed for a while.

I suggest:

• Having the ledge taken away and placing glass to replace glass panes
• Those lazy dev's get off their a** and make the plugin that takes away /god like /fly
• No roof, as you can see why above
• Just like you get kicked for some things, if a player enters the arena with /god, they get kicked with a message saying like "/god in mob arena. Please remember next time "
• This might be a long shot, but as there are normal types of mods, there are /ma mods. They only command they will have is /tp home [playername] or /kick [playername] or whatever the commands are. With a bukkit command, those commands for the mods can be changed so they can only be used in the arena. They would not be like an actual mod, so the prefix might be [mamod] or something like that. This would not only give another person/people the chace to be a mod of some kind, but also to be the line between playing and banning. Players caught using /god accidentally, would be kicked or sent home, not banned.

That's in pvp. It's the same way on Hellblock for the mob arena.

 

They're not REMOVING god they're disabling the command when you get in /ma j

 

Instead of no roof cause people who hack for fly could get out without the /fly command cause hacks can do that. Maybe a light source roof or glass cause that's see through (block light will go down by 1 in glass) Or Make a pattern of anything that produces light and glass

 

I agree with this situation. On Hellblock though in warp pvp we have pressure plates that turn off /god. so Cyp might as well do the same thing.

 

I think the edges should be replaced with full blocks, and raised a few more blocks to a higher level, but i do not think it should have a roof. If one joins /ma s (spectates), he/she can fly over the wall and spectate closeup combat without the mobs being able to attack the spectator or attack them. Also, if you fly from warp stafflist, the mobs can kill you (I found out the hard way) but you cannot hurt them. The design is great for donors to spectate closeup, as looking through glass and from a distance is really annoying as it blocks alot of the view. Also if the distance is too great (like 20 blocks) the players are no longer rendered and therefore spectation becomes useless. Thanks for hearing me out

 

I think one way is when everyone spawns in it will activate a pressure plate (On the spawn area and it will work if 1 person steps on it) Making a command block to activate disabling /god for anyone inside the mob arena. And make it that the command doesn't show up in chat and also when it says /ma j is open maybe put in remember to turn off /god. (Command Block's Block ID: 137 or /give [playername] command_block) Because their not in creative inventory. And make some more of /ma s out of glass to give players a better view
