Peopl who want to rating abuse WILL rating abuse. Now they'll just use dislikes instead. All this does is make ratings that SHOULD be negative null. Honestly, someone can't help being dumb or even just misinformed, but being rude to someone is voluntary and deserves a negative rating.

Remove the dumb rating but keep negatives. If nothing is negative whats the point of ratings things then?
I do not see the purpose of keeping "Old". I would consider what Zambiana requested before and remove the ratings, and I am with TimePlaysGames, some ratings like "rude" should be kept negative.
I'm just wondering if this counts as rating abuse. How | Skyblock Forums I gave him the ban appeal format and got a disagree, then when I asked why he disagreed I received a rude rating.
When I see people reporting rating abuse, I also see other people tell them "it's just pixels on a screen. Who cares?" and I agree with this. I don't think this needs to be said, but I'll say it anyway: you can't judge a person by their ratings. 1000 people could dislike this post, but I'd still be a horrible nice person . In all seriousness, I think we should stop making a big deal over ratings, because it's just pixels on a screen.
Honestly I'm indifferent towards this, if I don't like something that was said I just facepalm and move on. I don't give negative ratings, but I'm not opposed to them. Only time I have a problem with it is when it's not justified.
These days, the main sources of rating abuse are "Bad Spelling" and "Old", in my opinion not as much as dumb. I somewhat think we should of kept dumb, since a rude or dislike would not make AS MUCH sense, and have old removed.
I reckon this is a good change, I support. Although keeping dumb as neutral rating would be good, also dumb can be a little rude, I would rename it to "pointless" or something like that.
Cyp, mind considering removing Old? Few times those ratings are true compared to false/troll ratings.
