I recommend salt with water, or do you have any rum? Rum will make the pain numbed while clearing the germs.. salt will get the germs out but won't make it the pain go away for that I recommend Neosporin or triple anti- Antibiotic cream.. And a paper towel with some tape Or if you're fancy a hello Kitty bandage
