This is what he wants me to type: I had been given creative by gwism. Gwism had his own shop, so I though it wouldn't be a problem to have my own. I will admit to selling illegally obtained items. I ruined the economy and I feel truly bad. You guys all think I am a liar, so I doubt my appeal will be kept on the website.

6. Why do youthink you should be unbanned? Since I abused my power, I find it completely justifiable to have my title as moderator stripped. My brother, 1234Iloveguns, has nothing to do with this. He is very upset about being banned for my wrongdoing, so I would appreciate if he was unbanned. He was caught in the crossfire of my issue. I would at least enjoy returning to the server as a highroller. I should have never been mod. I accept full responsibility for what I did, and am truly sorry. I know you all think I am a liar, a piece of trash, and a traitor to the server but I hope I get a second chance. I am ready to face the action I deserve. In other words, If there was a vote placed on if we want to let you back on the server I would most definitely say no.

 

You lied about your age on your mod app too... When you weren't a mod, you told Cyp that you were 11, when you posted the app you said you were 14, when you became a mod, you said that you're 18. You are a rotten trashcan of other lies too, and nothing you say is true. I do not support an unban.

Lack of security is the most severe vulnerability in this system.

I wasn't sure about it the first time, but I remember conversing with the minercaft account, and learning that it was used by another person. At the point which I confirmed this, I made sure to point it out, and to make it obvious to whoever was using the account. When the account was given .org mod status, I made sure to emphasize the seriousness of creative mode items. I also strongly indicated that the account should not be used by another person, other than the one who was promoted.

The warning was foreboding and clearly stated, yet unheeded.
There is no room for a unban when such a serious issue cannot be understood by the user. He information was clearly relayed, and thus, whoever was using the account clearly understood the implications of their mistake.

The application denial is not put in place because of what names a person can be called. It is, rather, because if the severity of the infringement. Negligence is simply not acceptable, that's just how the world works. If one ignores their responsibilities, they lose their privileges. It was your responsibility to keep your account safe, and you didn't, and that is the serious reason why you have lost the privilege to stay here.

I personally would have liked this to turn out better, but I agree with an appeal denial, given the specific mistakes made.

 

Everybody lies, it's that simple. Their is not one honest person on this world, age is just a number. But I can see why you lied about it, security - When I first played online games I said I was 17 even though I was 15. I just felt safer, got treated a little better and not like a kid.

Putting that aside, I'd love to see you back. Two wrongs don't make a right, and us keeping you banned is a wrong.
You're a nice person and from what I gathered from speaking to you, you enjoy playing. I feel as if all the mods say denied it's up to Noobcrew himself, mistakes are apart of life if you accept them and keep trying, you know you're doing the right thing.

 

He's lied about many, many things. Not only his age. He doesn't deserve to be unbanned. Even in his ban appeal he's lied. The line needs to be drawn somewhere.

 

You lie, I lie. I see a pattern. He should just be demoted and stay that way, no point banning someone for something that isn't ban worthy.

 

It never was in our policy to explicitly ban for lying. Take the case a different direction. Base it off of other things ... just forget the lying part.

You can probably deduce that he lied in his mod app too. He lied once, and that was ok- we forgave it. It was when he lied many times that the problem was found.

 

You are all forgetting the REAL reason for his ban...

He was banned for spawning items and selling those spawned items in his shop effectively breaking the economical balance of the items he spawned.

 

Then use that as the case.

Ok I'll take it as a yes then since you said nothing. What I would like to say is I really REALLY really (Stress the importance of that word) love .org. Its the reason I got minecraft because of it. Once I got Moderater I became selfish. I stopped thinking about the server and used my powers wrongly. I wish I could fix this, so I'm going to ask; Is there anyway I can? I was highroller before and I never broke any rules and wasn't selfish. I think Gwism might have chosen me to be a moderater when I shouldn't have EVER been one in the first place. So, I'm asking you can you reset my stats ,tempban me for a month, and reset me back to highroller. Also, I won't ever try for mod again, because when I first joined I thought "It would be awesome to be a moderater. Now, I don't want to ever.
