Server name - .Net IGN - UnEducated Full ban message - BANNED: Looting, appeal @ Skyblock .net -blaq 18/06 Did you read the rules - In all honesty, no. Like the majority of people who play online minecraft servers, we just get straight to playing. Of course, I was aware at the time that Looting is wrong. However, now that I've been banned for the first time on this server, I have read the rules thoroughly. Why do I think I was banned - I was banned due to looting 24 dirt and 64 steak from a chest. At the time, my sister and I are currently building an island together which is requiring a lot of dirt/grass, and when I noticed the 24 dirt just sitting there nicely in a chest, almost chanting my name, I stupidly decide to take it. For the 64 steak... I was hungry at the time and required nutrients. Was this an incorrect ban? - No, Blaq was well within his rights to ban me as I did loot the chest, and looting is a illegal offence. Have I ever been banned before? - No, as far as I'm aware of I've had a clean record until now. However, I did comeback from quite a large break from this server, and my memory is somewhat vague of my game-play before such break. But as I said, as far as I'm aware, this is my first ban. Why do I think I should be unbanned? - I believe I should be unbanned due to my clean record of this server. I'm a friendly player, always willing to help out others. I've always worked well with other players, and I do believe I haven't had one complaint on the server thus far. I can't promise that I'll never break the rules again, but I can guarantee that I'll try my hardest not to. I hope this is an accurate appeal form of what I'm required to complete. Thanks for being relatively honest in your appeal. I'll note that while you've never been banned before, we've had to hand out several severe warnings for chat related offenses, one which nearly escalated into an argument with a Mod. If you read the rules, please list 2 offenses that have an offense level of HIGH and 2 that have an offense level of DEPENDS.
Since this was done on my island, I feel as I should input some information. Uneducated was tp'ed by me to my island for a wedding. Before long, he started breaking some carpets (Blaq could not find any logs) so I asked him to leave, 3 times. I could not see him so the wedding continued. I then did /near and he was on my island. This broke the rule of exiting past the boundaries of the wedding area. And as no wool block was displaced, to get out of the area, would of had to fly hack. He then opened a chest and took dirt (Which is both illegal to trade and illegal to loot). I asked blaq to tp him to spawn, but he was offline. I then noticed that my dirt was missing so I asked blaq to /lb which showed that he indeed took items from the chest. From that, Uneducated was banned. If uneducated gets unbanned (or stays banned for that matter), I would appreciate an apology for breaking my rules, as well as the servers rules by looting from me. Thank-you blaq for dealing with all this [EDIT] Also, If you would have asked for some food and dirt for your island, I would of given you food and grass for you to use as replacement for dirt.
I do apologise about the situation with Ipod, but in my defence, I did feel as if he (Or she, sorry about being ignorant with genders) was being quite rude towards me. Blaq has already replaced everything taken. I accept your apology, but please, not just with me, but with all skyblock users in the future, ask before taking anything, as you might take an illegal item and get permanently banned without appeal. I do hope you have learnt your lesson and get unbanned, but take with you this knowledge to do the right thing. Also, as you were banned on my island, if you are unbanned, please leave my island without hesitation. Thank-you

And what did you do with the dirt/steak that you took? Also, darkslash95 has asked for an apology, I feel you owe them one at least.
Haha sorry was distracted halfway through the reply and didn't realise you 2 had sorted this thing out already. Of course UnEducated when I unban you I expect all the items to be returned to me. I compensated darkslash out of my personal stash, so you'd be refunding the items to me. The main concern I have at the moment is this: It is not hard to follow the rules of Skyblock. They're simple enough if you've read them. If you're ever in doubt about anything: use common sense. Why should I unban you if I can't be sure you won't break the rules again after thoroughly reading them?
Can anyone promise they won't do anything? No. They can't guarantee 100% that they will not do it, they can only promise they'll try not to do it. That's just human nature right there.
