He most definitely will, he was banned for a reason and I don't know if noobcrew or cypriot meant for this player to be unbanned after what he has done and what he seems to be still doing...

Maybe once, but not twice. Maybe he was unbanned the second time because of the bans reset thing that Crew did, but are you sure about the first?

 

The first time he was banned, yes, it was on purpose. He duped (i think)

I've actually read his ban appeal when it was still going on when I was a newbie to the forums. I really didn't like his attitude back then, and I don't like it now. I have hope he has changed though, the incident happened around a year ago. We can only hope for the best.
