    Alright but quoting Demon here:
    "If it has illegla trading items, then it's illegal. If you remove all illegal items (Placed blocks etc.) then it's fine."
    She seems pretty confident.

    Island selling is illegal in all circumstances.
    How it can be legal...
    No way to be legal, duh. :p

    The rules haven't always been the same. It's an evolving community, so what is legal/illegal evolves with it. I think that in the past, it may have been legal to sell islands, but it is no longer. I also think that many mods are not aware of this change.

    Island selling is illegal
    check the rules.
    Make another thread for asking for items.
    If you do sell the island you WILL be banned.
    Rule 7: Do not island farm
    Offence Level: High
    This rule is rarely to ever broken. What is this rule you may ask? It is you are not aloud to make an island, sell/give away the legal items (see rule 7), then make another island, the repeat the process again and again. Why have it illegal? Well, it is a way for a person to get lots of wood, ice, and lava. No one likes illegitimately obtained items. :p

    Another variety of island farming, that's rarely broken is the commerce of islands. This could be new islands you've just simply created to sell, or islands that you have worked hard on and decided you would like to get some items from. Island selling is illegal in all circumstances.
