I do like this, but with one problem. 1 is incorrect, it is only rating spam when the ratings is not deserved and is just to get revenge. However, if they deserve it/them, it is not spam.

 

You cannot give someone 20 negatives in 1 minute. That's abuse.

Thank you for posting this, I always see this one person, not mentioning name, who gets nearly every single post disliked just because he does not have the best reputation. Needs to stop guys.

 

Depends on the posts that the person made. If someone spammed 20 threads with "yolo" they may very well get 20 "dumb" ratings relatively quickly.

As Platinum and Krissy said, it's about the intent of the person.
I've found that generally a PM conversation with the parties usually sorts these things out relatively quickly before escalating to a Mod.
