This is my mini-rant, it's not meant to hurt anyone in anyway and is my personal opinion. I feel that Skyblock weddings are a bit stupid. You make this big deal out of it by making a thread giving the dates and whatnot then have the wedding. All you really do is take screenshots with your "fiance" at the altar, then post them on the forums. After this, everybody forgets about it. I say we should cut out the middle man and stop with these nonsensical weddings, but just my opinion though.
i don't really see the point either, but if people have fun and no one gets hurt/ annoyed then i don't see the problem.
I don't find a problem with it. There's servers just for marrying and stuff. They're fun to attend as well
Theres nothing wrong with weddings. Its like a party. People build their own places to get married and put a lot of effort for others to have fun as well. Its nothing unusual in social games like minecraft and its not going to stop :3
It's fun and all, but at the end of the day break ups happen, and more people would get hurt. By then, nobody would really care, anyways. That's my take on this, I'm not saying that it's bad but it does come with side effects.
No-ones getting "hurt" it's just a game. It's not like the pple in minecraft are irl dating. It's just in game.
It's just for fun. Many people think it's fun(ny) to get married while others do it because they and the other person want to.
This is done just for fun really, it's not like anyone's going to start raging if their wife/husband want to get a divorce or anything.
xD pretty much if you want to place emotional investment in online relationships thats your issue. Otherwise, its fun and no one gets hurt
It's just for fun. What's the problem with it? Don't check out threads about marrying someone or attend the parties. It's not like it's harming anyone
