Next country, During the colonization/ imperialism of Africa during the 1800s, this country began to modernize it's self by hiring European experts to plan modern roads,bridges, A school system, and hired European officers and the latest weaponry to help train it's army. so when other European countries outside of Africa began to claim land within Africa. this country, alongside Liberia were the only two countries in Africa to be able to maintain their independence
