Removing ratings from the "Suggestion" area

    Okay guys, this is probably one of the worst suggestions I have made. xD

    Anyways, in the suggestions area, people rate your posts as "Disagree" for expressing your true opinion. This section should be about making suggestions and seeing how the community reacts to them. But, if people rate your posts negative, it not only reduces your Positve-Neutral-Negative rating, but doesn't make you want to post. Just today, I received ratings from a thread where I was trying to help and give my opinion. But the thread owner didn't like what I was saying so he rated my posts with disagree.

    Not only do these ratings reduce the urge to post on the forums but spark fights. I have sent people these ratings and they want to fight me.

    I hope you take this into consideration CypriotMerks and Noobcrew. I am trying to promote a better, happier and overall more positive area. Thanks for reading this and post your true and un-biased opions below.

    I find this kind of funny.
    Just don't care about ratings, after all, it is just pixels.
    Plus, Disagree is a neutral rating -- not negative (Even though the large red X makes it seem so).

    They're icons that have little meaning.
    Especially if you have positive ratings. Why would it matter?
    Disagrees are neutral. You honestly shouldn't care about someone disagreeing about your post on a screen who may or may not be a few thousand miles away.

    I know this xD.
    It get's a little annoying.

    This idea isn't all of mine. I have been talking to many people about it. But I take credit for it.

    Removed them from ban appeals.
    Disagree and Agree should be allowed on suggestions.

    No support. Suggestions are open to be judged including opinions.
    So you dont want to post in fear of your rating ratios being affected...so is that what posting is all about? getting ratings?
    He disagreed with you, do he rated you as such. Thats what the rating system is for. He is allowed to rate you as such. I have got a few disagrees, they dont hurt me, it just means people have a different opinion to me. Thats not wrong.
    Its your choice to rate something, if you are scared of making someone angry with a rating, dont rate it.

    At the end of the day you will have two options, and im going to be blunt. You either post your opinion and hope that people agree with you, or dont post at at all.
    As I said, suggestions and all opinions are made to be judged. If you dont want your opinions to be rated, keep them to yourself.
    Theres more to the fourms that getting a good rating ratio. Its about involvement fun and actual intellectual discussion where people are allowed to rate.

    Also this should be in website suggestions

    You really shouldn't care about ratings. A rating won't hurt you at all.
